Looks like we have consolidated and are gearing up for the next leg up. I can sell tens of millions of shares but can’t buy much in grade volume. I think the market makers were caught offguard when we rose last week so they are taking precautions.

No placing I reckon, firstly a JV announcement declaring funding partner and drill plan. Timor tensions are easing as they seriously need the cash due to Bayu Undan decommissioning and have greenlit Greater Sunrise.

I’ve looked into the claim #QBT have against Sipiem. The Venice Appeal Court ruled in favour of QBT for a payment of €6,188,974 (exc inflation/legal fees)

As per the Italian “Portal of Creditors” there were hearings on 08/11/23 & one booked for 20/12/23

Interestingly, following the logged 08/11/23 hearing the two highest volume days for #QBT were recorded at 166m & 170m respectively. Must've been good news?! (Link Below)

After yesterday’s meteoric #GST rise, the dust has settled & here’s what we know so far:

- You can sign up to the #GS20 exchange as a business or private investor.

- You can deposit, Buy/Sell #BTC  etc on the platform (see buys/sells - bottom sector of screenshot)

- #GS20 is now listed on @CoinCodex as a functioning exchange (however volume needs to be confirmed by #GST)

- The “pairs” available has increased from 5 to 10 since Friday & rankings are updated regularly.

- It would appear the vast majority of trades are #StableCoin.

- #GST are advertising for a Crypto Operations Associate on @LinkedIn.

- The role was only advertised 4 days ago.

- “The Crypto Operations Associate is to manage our crypto asset operations at #GS20 Exchange and our sister company within the Group.”

- The soft launch of the #GS20 exchange is almost exactly 1 year ago & in June’s Corporate Update RNS it was stated:

“Development of the GS20 cryptoasset exchange continues and the Company anticipates a wider rollout of the GS20 exchange in the second half of 2023.”

Conclusion:

Quite simply #GST need to issue an RNS to confirm what stage the #GS20 exchange is at, to give guidance on volumes being achieved and to clarify what we can observe on the @CoinCodex listing.

All in all very exciting times for new and long term holders.

It is correct that we would need a market capitalisation of £30m to go on main market. However, with the additional shares QGC will be allotted (subject to shareholder approval). That would increase the market cap by a considerable amount, taking us over 30 million mark.

In recent months #QBT worked with some of North America’s biggest crypto miners to better understand their commercial needs. These companies provided QBT with some of the markets most commonly used mining rigs to test porting of its Method A & Method B chip enhancements #BTC

Conclusion:

If commercialised #QBT predict revenue will be generated by charging subscription fees for each mining rig, or by sharing extra mined #BTC  with the miner, or a combination of the two.

This will be hugely lucrative, or of course it could be bought out entirely!
