Hi DS,

There is of course a bit of artistic license here and some slight reading between the lines but nevertheless I personally interpreted the wording as so:

The fact they have stated the placing would “see QBT through to revenue” - £2m doesn’t go far in this industry and they’ve allocated the majority to set up its cloud service infrastructure, invest in R&D and allocate some to legal claims and working capital. If they aim to see “Revenue” by the time it’s burned that points to a deal in the pipeline soon.

Also in reference to the placing FG says: “We therefore believe that this opportunity significantly outweighs any short term effect”

Short term effect - maybe indicating the price wouldn’t linger at 1.5p for very long.

Just my thoughts but I see it as encouraging

Based on volume/sentiment this should move higher.

So far 415m shares have been churned since the placing a mere week ago. If the volume continues we should see a steady rise, throw into the mix some positive news (November Update?) then I think this will soar.

Lot's of activity going on behind the scenes and I am very encouraged by recent video tweets from the Boss. We could be witness to a very substantial rerate here, especially with the mania anything Crypto related brings.

Great news for #HARL winning the £61m SeaRose contract.

Now just to sort out the finance deal (due this quarter), secure the Isles of Scilly Ferry service and sell or JV Island McGee and investors can expect to see a generous uplift in the value of this underloved company.
