It’s taken 5 years, but after today’s Nevada environmental permit award allowing them to commission the mill, #GWMO are now a #Gold  producer.

The revenue generated from this will help fund further development of their #Copper acreage.

Hi all,

The selling is placing churn. Since the placing we ideally need to churn 4x the placing shares to clear the overhang… around 7bn.

Currently we are about 5.2bn not including today’s volume. Few more sessions to clear is all.

A perfect storm seems to be emerging at #GWMO with todays rise indicating the placing overhang (now over 4x) has been churned, just in time for news of the mill permit & #Gold  production. With great results from our #Copper neighbour GMET today, all is looking very good indeed.

Hi there Mike,

Yes indeed, EP155 is extremely valuable. However, the numbers you’re working on are based on a much lower helium valuation from a past RNS.

In the most recent RNS HEX used helium at $500 per MCF as their in situ valuation and if we were to do the same EP155 would be valued around $74 billion (not including hydrogen and natural gas)

Having seen the £2.83m placing over at APTA today, I think AGL managed a bit of a win in raising funds at only 16% discount. Credit where credit's due.

APTA RNS:

"The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 63.6 per cent. to the closing price per Ordinary Share of 0.55 pence at close of business on 23 July 2024, being the last practicable date prior to the announcement of the Fundraise. The New Ordinary Shares will represent approximately 75.3 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital."
