Wells in the nearby vicinity responded very well artificial lift as well, so that’s very encouraging.

It’s a big vote of confidence when someone like Neil Biddle (Founding Director of Pilbara Minerals) increases his stake in a company by $113,161.

As Greenvale #GRV are the free carry JV partners for #MSMN, investors here must be encouraged too. Guys like Biddle don’t often lose.

“Good to finish blue today after a turbulent start to the week with MM games (false high finish on Friday, resulting in a 9% drop at the start on Monday) and warrant conversions… Not many left now.

But we have over $1.6m in the bank (confirmed in the quarterly report inc warrants since converted) as well as interim oil revenues and the $1m Stanley proceeds soon to arrive.

The quarterly update stated a balance of $1,070,000 up to the end of June (not including warrants converted after that time)

There was $389,000 (1st July), $38,000 (10th July) and today’s $163,000. In total thats $590,000

Still 435m warrants at 0.025p to convert (if they are all converted - no guarantees) and that will bring in a further $108,750

More warrants converted bolstering the bank balance by a further $590,000 from the quarterly figure of $1,070,000. Add to this $750,000 from the Stanley sale in early September & the finances are looking very healthy, especially when considering the recent cost cutting #MSMN

Good news at #GRV Greenvale (of which Pilbara’s Neil Biddle is Director). Yesterday’s government nod of approval for the EP145 seismic plan & now a sale of assets & R&D grant will ensure the #Helium JV with #MSMN is well funded alongside a recent dedicated $100k government grant.

It's worth noting the #MSMN SP started 9% down due to a "false" high at Friday's close. It should've closed at around 0.075p but due to a small UT trade it closed at 0.08p, so this has contributed to the percentage drop. Nowhere near fair value IMO & a summer of news to come.

The comparisons are tricky, but MSMN are undervalued whatever metric is used to measure.

MSMN have 3 fully funded helium assets:

EP145 free carry 25% stake

EP155 free carry with 25% or 10% if funded through drilling

Vecta Las Animas 10%

Just the Australian assets have in-situ helium values of over $10bn which is a heck of a lot... Las Animas could well be very large too given what Blue Star have asset-wise.

The big thing that separates us from other helium stocks (HEX maybe not as they're in the US) is existing heritage infrastructure in place, safe jurisdictions and a huge domestic demand from some of the biggest consumer clients around.

Certainly agree Acker. I think the most important thing is to forget the SP and look at the MCAP, then compare it to our AIM Helium peers... A mere fraction of fair value in my opinion.

#MSMN Quarterly Update RNS:

A near double increase in net production. 6,287 barrels of oil for the quarter to end of June, marking an improvement from 3,764 boe for the March quarter.

CEO “With the oil price around USD 80 per barrel this asset provides strong cash flow.”

Cash position was $1.07m at the end of June, but since there’s been warrant conversions of $427,000 & addition O&G revenues. Also there’ll be $750,000 due from the Stanley sale in September. So a healthy cash balance & no need for a cash raise.

The most important & key update is Operator (Greenvale Energy) #GRV has been advised by the NT government department that they would approve or request modification to the submitted EP145 Seismic Environmental Plan on or before 26 August 2024.

Great news re #Helium asset EP155, as #MMM has confirmed that a prospectus has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("Prospectus") regarding the reverse takeover by Georgina Energy - now schedule for early August after the AGM

The market has seemed to knee jerk at the wobbly Cinnabar oil production, seemingly forgetting the recent pivot away from O&G toward #Helium. Strong cash balance & helium updates aplenty to come. A top up opportunity in my opinion!

Key points:

End of June Cash balance just over $1m, however almost $700,000 has been generated through warrants and more via additional oil and gas revenues. So that figure is realistically now $2m+ and an additional $750,000 to come on completion of the Stanley sale in September. So a decent cash position that will nullify any need for a placing as the CEO stated in the recent presentation.

EP145 HELIUM asset:

The Operator (Greenvale Energy Ltd) has been advised by the NT government department that they would approve or request modification to the submitted EP145 2D Seismic Environmental Management Plan (EMP) on or before 26 August 2024.

Hence why GRV is up 20% today.

“Modest” delay for EP145 but activities still to happen in 2024.

EP155 HELIUM asset:

Georgina Energy and MMM have had the FCA prospectus approved and looking to RTO in August after the 29th July AGM

Oil and gas was never the focus here, but it has lined the coffers to a decent level. It’ll be good to get some updates on the Vecta drills this year and await confirmation EP145 seismic and Georgina RTO.

(Anyone thinking helium wasn’t mentioned clearly doesn’t know anything about the company)

Interestingly, GRV Greenvale is up 20% on the ASX. 🤔
