Wow that is some big dollar and IMO out of our reach. So another JV with another big boy would be the only way keeping our 30% " and a big Bonus on top of that ". I would expect that Telfer would be somewhere in that deal as no point without it. IMHO of course.

I would think if there is any meat on these bones the NCM PI's will be in for a huge battle and not very happy bunnies. IMO the NCM SP would be hit hard causing a great amount of friction to its members that I am sure do not want this to happen. It will also cause great friction between our JV partner.

Personally I agree with you and can not see this happening as yes too many hurdles to cross and remember the time factor as this will take months maybe years to sort out and in nobodies interest INHO.

Hopefully NCM will announce in an RNS tomorrow morning if this is true or pure speculation.

Leb hey, I agree. But how much would NCM want for their 70%. ??

My only worry is why on Earth would NCM even consider "Not going to mine" and even more, sell out their "piggy bank" Havieron ??? I just can not get to grips with either scenario.

My second thought is " if they Sold their % of Hav what would happen to Telfer as surely they would have to sell and could lose $millions as a low bid without HAV would drag their offer down and how could they sell a dying and hungry asset that need feeding NOW. I am sure their shareholders would be up in arms to say the least, I would.

Would NCM have to pay GGP a sum for cancelling a JV and its its associated costs, and possible damage to our company and their investors ????????

Finally how could GGP trust NCM in their other JV that depends also on Telfer. This is far above my legal understandings and would have thought it could take years to achieve and by that time we would be taking out very shiny stuff from our mine, so that's why I personally can not get to grips with any of this ( Speculation true or not )

Hey all, just a small question reading the board over the past few days.
1. Has anybody got proof of any sale of telfer or GGP / Havieron, or any other sale interest / intentions from others companies ????????????????????????? NONE.
2. Please advise us all on your findings as I have done much research on the subject and found NONE whatsoever, so far, and have put this down to previous pure speculation and some winding up the board, poor show.
3. Why would NCM even think of selling their HUGE running plant that they are "upgrading right NOW" and spending $million on that upgrade. WHY would they do that and how could they explain their management thoughts to the future of the plant to their shareholders. If this happened NCM would show they have no faith in progressing Havieron !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that they OWN 70% wow that would go down well, Pork Chop in a Bar Mitzvah.
4. Are NCM spending so much on upgrading and then going to flog it off ?????? and maybe at a huge LOSS. WOWWWWW
5. Do you really think NCM investors and shareholders will put up with this nonsense. ______ NO.
6. Speculation on this has already been done and gone, and more of this rubbish is dragging the SP down as many are being spooked by same.
7. Some on here with great doubt should be backing up the company and its BOD rather than ****ging them off as its NO good for us, maybe go and sell your piggy bank at a loss and bugger off.
8. Great luck to all GGPERS that still hold the faith as you will be rewarded and not like the trolls that sell and sink big time.
9. Remember what PG said. Patience is required ( and wear some ( woolly ) gloves to sit on hands ) that's my bit in the cold weather. LOL Bless Paddy

I am not saying the news is negative ? what I am saying is the "pure speculation" on here today about selling Telfer or GGP is not in GGP or NCM interest as there is NO fact or company statements to say otherwise. Sorry if you have misunderstood my post but it is concern to our company about speculative postings that are NOT fact.

Totally agree and why would they sell after spending so much money on $214m to extend Telfer to at least 2025 as they are doing it right now !!!
They own 70% of our JV company, constructing roads, drilling the decline, and spending millions of $ in advancing our JV mine and future, at their cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would they continue only to sell out? MADNESS and I don't think their Share holders would think this a good move in any way whatsoever and even be up at arms to say the least.

This type of BAD posting is doing nothing but harming both companies and I am sure NCM shareholders will not be very happy with this bad speculative stupid damaging postings.

Lets see what the markets think of same at COP today. I am not going to look :-(

In my opinion and thought. I am personally astonished at some of these posts today even from LTH. ?? Where has the faith gone????????????????????????????????

This latest "sell Telfer and all that goes on with it is PURE speculation and very misleading to members" especially new ones.

This nonsense must stop as its doing nothing for our SP and in fact looking at volumes, driving members that do not know better into SELLING their hard earned placings and purchases.

Please give it a rest as its doing NOTHING for our SP or company as there is "NO firm evidence" for any sale of Telfer or buys of GGP from ANY company.

Its being going on all day and IMHO (note ) is dangerous and will damage our share price and indirectly OUR company so lets leave it out and get a bit more POSITIVE please for all GGPERS good.

Just look at the fall in SP today 7.40, thank heavens it did not go lower as with this nonsense it could go a lot lower, so lets turn over a new page as this one is NOT doing anything to help GGP.

Just my opinion if it helps so NO nasty replies please.
