After reading the board today, I can not believe people that are involved in purchasing a share or as a "News REPORTER" can not even spell our investment correctly time after time. WOW.

A news reporter on the LSE platform for us "By Hugh Cameron, Alliance News reporter" needs a good slap on the hand, at least get his Headings correct. Blimey Blue.

And maybe SORRY :-) spell chek is great too. :-)))))))))))))))))

Blimy mate, even these cant spell our asset correctly, now that is a blast. Posted today as GGP Share news at 10:58, now thats a real BOOB who was responsable for that, "ITS HAVIERON" - take your teeth out and leave the mince pies alone, just saying as this IMO is funny, sory.

As another member pointed out that IMHO was good advice, why not spend your 2024 allowance into your Trading account especially at these silly low prices at 8.82 ish. And keep it in a safe place in your account.

Right, say you purcace 20k worth of GGP shares at these low prices into your trading acccount, and then sell 20k next years allowance date and transfer same into your ISA. I strongly suggest IMO that by April next year we will NOT be anywhere near todays low SP. now at 8.78.

So any "GAIN" next year can remain in your trading account until the next years 2025 allowance. You are only taking out / transferring what you have put in and IMHO this will have really no effect in regards CGT, you put in 20K and you reansfer 20k leaving any gain in your trading acc. Then each year you can do the same.

I have done exactly that for years and have already done it when the SP was much lower in the 6p range so next Tax year ISA allowance that 20k will be transfered into my ISA acc and hopfully with a nice profit for years to come.

Hope that makes sense and this is not advice but what I personally have done, as I am in the same situation.

Finally you do not have to make a big move like that ie 20k you can do it at say 5k, but at these low SP, if you can do it now. If you need to take some out you can also do that and return investing to your T/A. No Rush :-)

Can you please C&P your findings as I can see a few on LSE one shown at 250k and the remainder are shown as UNKNOWN

Many of us LTH bought in at a "GREAT RISK" but went ahead, BLINDED, on good advice from other share holder boards. I for one had many T/W ( Taylor Woodrow ) shares in their share dealing scheme and just left them there for 13 years not into dealing at all ?

When they were going up and down as WE are ATM I sold my whole account at the "HIGH" and transfered the WHOLE amount into GGP from doing many months of research and as I have said from GOOD advice from my T/W share holders friends and one of the best was BAMPS.

I have aslso bought thousands of GGP share at 28/30 p and over a few years on paper lost over £2m pounds on paper, but was sensible to save many for my old age and family at over 37p, took a huge gamble but it paid off and went straight into savings for my Family, BEST thing I ever DID and its still secure. The remainder is now Free standing and await the next opportunity, and thats fun and INHO will do me and others a GREAT RESULT

However GGP WILL GO TO THE HILT and BRING YOU the same wealth "Please God " and you must KEEP THE FAITH IN YOUR INVESTMENT and DO NOT sell on a freaky day of no hope as you will get a GREAT RESULT FROM GGP.
