IYO what is the latest on the Decline / Aquifier and what as happened to the contractor Byrnecut as the box cut and decline to the Havieron orebody commenced in February 2021 and total development now exceeds 2,820m including over 2,030m of advance in the main access decline as of October 2023. As far as I can recal the Contract Duration January 2021 - June 2025 so will require extending ??

Decline operations were suspended in November 2023 and Havieron was placed on care and maintenance whilst the project is assessed.

So does this mean their works will not start again until the project is totally assessed.

I appreciate that GGP have their hands full with Telfer and earning cash but why not proceed with Havieron works.

I know its now a waiting game but is it not worth continuing the works or is it only on hold until further assessed and is there a more deeper problem.

Just asking for clarity, and maybe Bamps can assist as there seems to be a few members in doubt about the continuation of same as it seems to be draggingon a bit now.

So what you are saying correct me if I am mistaken.

If we hold a share dealing ISA account and we are still in AIM we will not pay any IHT. Thats my understanding but if you hold in a normal Trading accout is this the same ???? as this account is subject to CGT, what about IHT ??
