Not yet as all cash now in others mainly GGP, you know what is happening there @ over 10% just today now 8.47 and I recon 10p by next week. The others are NCYT SNG & Rock so no plan yet to get back into builders especially now the Divi's have been cancelled as that was a very nice Bonus every year.

TW doing great today now at 151 so the RNS looks to have paid off. I think it will fallback next week to 130/s 140's so good for trading ATM.

Good post. WIth a bit of good planning your suggestion could well work, makes good sense to me all they need to do is sort their teams out and let one do their bit first leave and the next team goes in :- Job done. Good call.

I know its not that simple but it could work and would be a great solution to get the jobs done with tradesmen back to work and in SAFE working conditions.

Lets hope for a good day talking about GGP and what we are expecting without having post after post filter messages re Arnold who is one hell of a pest, and talking about SB buying or selling, who really care's ? So far so good lol.
SP holding well and IMO is waiting to BREAK out. Lets hope for a 8/9p today or tomorrow for a great start into next week for the fire works.

That 50% may of been a good move as the SP will drop back maybe this afternoon, tomorrow or next week as this news gets established, so get ready for a buy back say 130+ ish

May as well do a bit of trading until the SP settles, nout wrong with that :-)

The problem may occur when buyers want to "VIEW" the properties that they are interested in purchasing, so me as an example would like to see the surrounding area, research local stuff, and have a general look around the area to see if you could live there let alone viewing the property.
One can not even drive to see a location or area and not to be able to view the build as is would put me off and I would be prepared to wait until this problem is resolved as this is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life buying a new home !!, but that's my opinion and some others may not care as much, but I doubt that.

Hi all,

The main problem I think that may have an effect is that sales centres, show homes and regional offices to remain closed, they will continue to provide service to customers and sell REMOTELY and DIGITALLY so no viewing and on line sales I assume !! that is a bit of a downer IMO.

At least it is a move forward which is a move for the better but still being very careful :-)

I would suggest just Havieron 25/30p, can't guess the other projects as we do not know enough yet to speculate a buy out price. My guess may be a tad conservative though.
This of course may change due to the new awaited result.

Noticed GGP went down around 7.00+ today so I hope you got in at a low. Back up now 7.35 so lets wait to see what we close at.
Funny thing is that the only share down today was Rock and that's the only one now showing BLUE all the others Red. lol.
