Yes totally agree with you and IMO Hav alone will provide a very nice return for all share holders here and the current SP does not even reflect what we have. Anything else including Scally is another bonus. That's the way I am thinking and I am sure many will agree. In my view we are totally de-risked now, so all we have to do now is to look to the bright future and enjoy.

Paid mine off years ago but I remember the "Great feeling of relief"when I did.

There is an alternative to ponder on over the w/e and that is :- Pay 25 / 50% off that will reduce your monthly outgoing, keep the remaining shares in here and maybe after Christmas with a great hopeful rise here pay off another 25% and so on. Chip away rather than one lump and maybe at the end of the dealings you will have paid off the lot and still have some GGP's to boot.

As good friends of old from the TW board and here, yes after I very reluctantly sold all TW at 2.18 after over 13 years holding I bought here as you know and it was you that pointed me to GGP so I have You to thank BIG time. Others followed us and they are too well up due to this great share, the best I have ever seen for sure. Hope Nige / Troubles and any others that took the heads up are doing well too.

I am renewing my settings to a 50% sell at 30p that will enable me to set my family up for life. If the remaining 50% went anywhere near 74p I would have a heart attack, buy me a good Plot lol.

What a brilliant GGP basket this is and loads of Golden Eggs, who needs any other basket ??

Thanks for the reply. I remember a few months ago that I said that I would consider selling some at 20p and that has now flown past. I still hold just over 11 mill now and if I seen 30p I would pass out. I am on a free ride now after drawing off my original investment and just can NOT believe how well we are all doing now. Its ironic as all this is down to me selling my TW shares and a few others that I have held for many years so thank you TW.
Glad I am not working any more as if I were I would have been sacked for spending so much time on the GGP board lol.
