there’s an article that confirms the agreed amount… but i’d previously thought it had been converted to ore tonnes at the lower $/t… so am pleasantly surprised to see it’s being done at today’s ore prices…

ev… i’ve been asking myself what has occurred in the background… to release gerald’s ore stockpiles… allowing those to be shipped alongside dev’s… or were they just waiting for us to fund and enable dev to mobilise…

yep… some banks will give you a 10% mortgage… in the hope that you default… and they get the whole house for the outstanding bit you’ve not yet paid… ;)

the jrp is ploughing on regardless… what will happen if the banks don’t present the signed agreement… is anyone’s guess… but it certainly won’t involve dev going bankrupt… or the banks being paid their credit… suppose the courts may just keep holding 10% on account… and we may need to give the banks a waive on that remaining condition… on that basis…

it is possible that the banks don’t want us to be successful… and their motive for their ongoing delays is to scupper the jrp…

don’t forget the default clauses that allow us to receive cash and / or shares up to 49.9% in pba… should indo default on their investment… i.e. their 1.71mt stockpiles… more likely to happen at the recent high ore prices…

i took that as reference to the pfs / commissioning studies… as used in the rns headlines… not the actual recommissioning works itself… hence why the recommissioning works shown starting around month 5 was excluded from my 1st post in this thread… and my view on the project progress currently being at month 4 not month 5…

i do hope so… and that’s what i am seeing as the date the escrow money needs to be released… to start the recommissioning works… the end of this month…
