did he also tick the lithium fluoride, lithium chloride and lithium metal boxes in the cc... or that they were still on the todo list...

because they’re using the conventional sulfate route... and hydroxide can be produced directly from lithium sulphate (nemaska)... or converted to hydroxide from carbonate (others)... and the tesla deal only fell through because bcn couldn’t get the funding for it... not because they couldn’t meet tesla specifications... it’s always being a given anyway... bcn just never actually ticked the box... until monday...

talking about doing it... and actually doing it and then confirming to the market that they’ve done it... two completely different things... clearly... there was a period when they wouldn’t even mention the word...

from what i can see... warrants expiry date is generally taken from the grant date... but appreciate the confusion introduced by the staggered issue of the loan notes... definitely warrants an rns... 😂

are you now saying that a naked short is a net / uncovered short position... whether or not they’re begged stealed or borrowed...

i disagree... any short they haven’t got covered... is naked... doesn’t matter how they go about closing them... buy on market or hope they get offered a discounted placing... it’s still a net/uncovered (naked) short...

do that for them all... and it’s easy to explain how the sp can suddenly go from 90p... up to 180p... when it looked like they weren’t getting any funding shares... then drip all the way back down to 55p... now that it looks more than likely they will get as many as they like...

blackrock... currently hold 13,138,292 shares... for a 9.79% holdings in bcn... they could be short all the way to say 0.24% 321,996 shares net... and not have to disclose a short position... that’s a potential 13,460,288 total shares they can hold short... just based on their holdings... all under the radar... excluding any warrants and options (if they have any)...
