hanwa have secured 100% offtake from the stage-1 production plant for the first 10years... if it costs $420m for the capex to organically develop a 2-stage 17.5/35ktpa project... npv $1.25bn... how much would you expect hanwa to chip in if they were just funding the stage-1 pilot plant only...

wonder how much of that cash raise was tesla/panasonic... hanwa is japanese... gm is mexican... who is the chinese interest...
