So looking at that , you would think they would be now in a good position to do it after new contracts are signed and almost guaranteed income vastly above last year’s contract

I don’t know the costs to test it etc , someone mentioned £2 mill not sure if they thought that would be echos contribution or they would pay part of that , anyones thoughts

The well test would be brilliant a game changer , you would think sometime they will test it , it’s just having the cash to take the risk , do they test and if fails or use the money bringing more wells online I’m with you they are building some cash to test it as they know if successful it will transform the company

Yes abs , let’s hope there is a good reason for silence , when they renegotiated the finance they did very little then till the deal was announced so probably same tactics , there is definitely a good reason to hold of sales at the low deal of the present contract , due to price rises of gas it will be a significant rise in the new contracts, I am only guessing but it would make sense , hold the taps a bit keep pressure high as possible, then after the new contracts go for it

We know the new contracts are due anytime , and we can be pretty confident they will be a lot better than we have now , (gas and oil are vastly higher than they were 12 months ago) , a theory of mine is I think it could be , we have held back the supply of gas knowing a higher price is in the offing once the new contracts kick in , there must be a reason they have held back bringing more wells into production , I believe the new contracts could well be a catalyst in themselves of a good rerate and more consistent news , aimo of course

In practical terms the money had to come from somewhere and it’s a premium on last weeks share price

Someone likes it or expected it and are happy to buy 2.5 million
