I'm surprised and disappointed by the SP performance today. Maybe we will get some brokerage cover over the weekend. An updated corporate presentation detailing the timeline to production would be appreciated.

So no ML today or tomorrow by the sounds of it. IMO they should not have been promising that they would have it by the end of the quarter.

Sounds like ML coming soon but they are in no hurry to agree any offtake deal. Makes sense to get the right deal at the right time.

So $32.9m is being invested, which leaves only $24.6m to be found for the capex. I'm hoping foe ML announcement soon and then offtake agreement which will include capital investment for the final element of capex.

They are OPTIONS. The holder has the right to buy a share at 30c. So worthless at current prices, but 10p profit for every option exercised when the sp hits 40p.

Pretty standard to give directors share options, they will be rewarded if sp goes up.

The interim dividend is only 4 months away. Worth holding in order to get both.

Siman, it sounds as though you are in the same position as I am with TD Waterhouse. If you want to sell the shares you will have to pay a registrars fee ($130Aus I think) to get them registered. This will take a few weeks. I'm just holding on to mine for the long term and hopefully if PRU get listed on to the LSE, then we can avoid the registrar's fee.

thanks rfarfa, I remember the e-mail she sent. I think she said that a deal had been made whereby an Australian broker would sell the shares on behalf of TD clients. The reason I am raising the qustion now is that I would like to take up the 1:10 rights issue but due to tye fact that my perseus shares are not in the correct format/currency in my TD account it may cause problems. I spoke with them yesterday but they are unsure if I can take up the rights issue. I think that if the shares were set up ok then things would be clearer. Rights issue offer closes on 15th July. I really want to know if other brokers set up their clients Perseus shares correctly without charging their clients anything. Has anyone sold or even just tried a dummy run at selling their Persus shares?

You guys that are with H&L, can you trade your Perseus shares ok on the ASX? Did it cost you anything to have your shares transferred to the ASX. TD Waterhouse say that there is a £78 charge from the registrar in order to get my Perseus shares correctly in my account.

Warrants in my account today. Can't sell them myself by the looks of things.

I spoke to them yet again on Thursday (2nd June). ''Still awaiting notification'' from Australia is the same response. I pointed out to them that other brokers had got the warrants in to people's accounts weeks ago. Are these warrants tradable, if so what is the current price?

e-mail I received this afternoon: I've been speaking to Computershare a lot over the past few days and I'm hopeful that we've found a solution to the problem that will mean you will not have to pay the £65 charge in order to trade your Perseus shares. I'm afraid it isn't confirmed yet so I can't divulge the details but I hope to be in touch again later this week in order to give you the information. In regards to your other point, Perseus are seriously considering a London listing and more information will be released about this in due course. Best regards, Katharine

Thanks Kevin - she has now heard from someone else in the same boat as you :) The guy I spoke with yesterday at TDW told me that all their clients would be charged the £65. He also told me that there would be no charge for the warrants when they show up in my account.
