I've posted my summing up of the risk/ reward of my due diligence over on our Telegram group.

I also know the content of their replies. Is sad to witness but I've accepted that people like this exist

My one question to anyone who has done DD and has a grasp of where we are is, with:

1 • The current share value at 3.425p

2 • A fully funded drill and test in Trinidad about to start

3 • NABI revenue estimated at 1.2 mil per year to us.

4 • And finally , Paul Griffith in negotiations regarding our Morocco asset.

"Do we think this share is worth investing in"?

We are fully aware of the history. It's why we are at this stagnant price

We are also aware of the upside.

None of this is a ramp, it's all documented in RNS's with the NABI figure being based on projected earning from know figures.

My personal take is to wait for the development of Trinidad and Morocco.

With the second extension deadline approaching news and progress will happen.

I am just looking at the dilution of Prd since IPO.

As of 29 May 2026, Predator Oil & Gas Holdings plc had 900,572,100 ordinary shares in issue, with the same number of voting rights and no treasury shares.

For context, the share count has grown significantly over time:

So compared with the IPO, the current share count is about 9 times higher, reflecting multiple placings, warrant exercises, and capital raises over the years. So those people who bought in at IPO are still in Profit since the opening SP was 2.8p

Predator Oil & Gas (LSE: PRD) floated on the London Stock Exchange in May 2018 at an IPO (placing) price of 2.8 pence per share. The company issued 46,428,600 new shares at that price and was admitted with a total of 100,137,150 shares in issue. IPO. June 2026 range) while the number of shares outstanding has increased substantially.

I would just like to say , Spare a thought for those who was duped in by the rampers in this group, Most you don't see anymore and other regular posters will be knees deep by over investing in this company and having sleepless nights, Rampers don't care about the small investors, they are only interested in people buying shares. I doubt that i will see 16p again, But least its not a lot of money compared to others. Have a great weekend

Who mentioned Tom !!!! There are a lot of shareholders including me who wished that they had never heard of this company, Will i ever get my money back? Like the OP said , a big placing coming soon, But PG knows how to ramp up the SP and then do a placing , It seems that history always repeats itself when it comes to ramping and then a placing, Makes you wonder who is getting paid to ramp in this group

So many people who used to come onto the chat who was buying every time the SP dropped encouraged by the rampers, These people are not posting anymore because they have invested life savings and there are not sleeping at night with worry after the promise of making big money. What is next , Another pump and dump to get another placing or will the placing come at under 2p, Thats if the SP remains above 2p . Its Ok for PG , This is a hobby to PG at share holders expence, He may say that he is the biggest share holder, But what did he pay for those shares and how much has he earned since 2018, Plus he sold a loan of shares under a different company that no one had heard of "GREEN DRAGON HYDROGEN LIMITED (14361196) " Or H2green Power Ltd. I am still in at 16p , but its only a small amount compared to others and i can sleep at night . RED FLAG for me BTW , Wasn't trinidad supposed to be in production over 12 months ago !!!!!

ParetoPrinciple, if you note what PG talked about in the previous video to the one that i have linked , PG talked about how good he was on due diligence, Well when it came to the institutional investor and 2 months later he found out that it was a market maker who bought the shares, Well he can't have carried out is DD while sorting out the placing with the broker and it took him 2 months to find out.

Regards his rant on the SP, If he believes that he is sitting on a massive gas find, then he would not be worrying about todays SP like he has mentioned on other interviews and why isn't he loading up on cheap shares while he has the chance. I am sitting with shares that i bought at 16p and many more people in this group are sitting with a massive loss and i guess you are too. I note that he is back tracking on why the sp is so low in his recent RNS update saying " We thank shareholders for their patience over the last few months during a period of volatility in global markets and the resulting negative impact on shareholder values. Our focus has been on strengthening our multiple projects to create potential growth in shareholder value over the next 12 months. This is by no means a certainty as market conditions are beyond the control of management. However maintaining a debt-free status and increasing production revenues provides an important financial safety net." Regards Debt Free , Thats because he keeps doing placings and diluting shareholders . Have a great weekend . Off to see Oasis

Great to see Keith Back again after a week away , 5 years of his life wasted ramping this pile of rubbish, Honestly what a waste of a life or is he Pump and dump like a lot of folk in here?

After reading the more skeletons than a graveyard and other stuff on Share Ps site, I truly had my eyes opened on this company plus the CEO selling shares via a Green company before a placing, But no one in the chat wants to talk about it, Any negative comments and the rampers just fill the chat full of rubbish in order to hide the comments. my 16p a share now is 80% down. Lesson learnt

Just like you reading though my posts , I have had a read of your posts and it looks like we both bought in around the same price due to listening to the rampers in the chat and ended up getting our hands burnt , I had noticed that you were all positive in the early days and until recently, But now your asking yourself those questions, "Have i been sold a dud and is the CEO really looking after the share holders"

I didn't do much research into the board of directors but boy i am now wishing that i had done. Check out Ronald Pilbeam , He sold a mass of shares just before a placing and soon afterwards he left the company and then we had the CEO selling shares under a company that hasn't anything to do with PRD but nothing at all said by the rampers just like when the CEO raised money to pay off the remainder of the CLN, Swept under the carpet. Questions on the CEO asking Lonny for money. I am with you on here, There are a lot of posters in this chat, Maybe working for the brokers and certainly trying to push up the share price in the old pump and dump. Also posters telling people to green box certain posters because they don't want them to read the negative stuff. This is one share that i wished that i hadn't bought, I am not selling at this price and if PRD goes under , Then so be it but i am certainly not buying more..

I am trying to get my head around the TR1 that even GRH is ignoring and the fact that the CEO sold a load of shares under a company that no one has ever heard of.

Maybe its one of the Theseus Ltd type of companies that the CEO owns but yet we know very little about.

The issue with this group, you will never listen to anyone who speaks up with a valid point and your all here protecting your God GRH who i noticed is on form telling the world all about PRD a lot more now... Look at last weeks evidence, Novum got freebie shares, A RNS worded for the SP to go up and a CEO selling some shares on the very day of that RNS, So he was selling into the market on the back of his update, Honestly you can't make it up.

The Company announces that it was informed on 19 July 2022 of the sale by H2Green Power Ltd ("H2Green") of its shareholding of 1,785,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9p per share on the same date.

In my opinion, all this sounds like manipulation, Operations update and the CEO selling into the news along with Novum getting their free shares, Maybe the old saying , Watch and learn while us share holders loose money.

On another note, MEM taking flack for speaking his mind on GRH and the way he writes, Opinions should be listened to and you have to laugh how everyone comes out to Protect GRH.

PS , How many people have researched Theseus Ltd and also Arato the CLN company based in

I could write a book about PG, You just need to read PBs More skeletons than a grave yard on SP site, You just need to have a look on companies house on other companies that he is involved in and selling shares under H2green Power Ltd and not one ramper was worried about this. PG even gave a load of free shares away to Arato "CLN" in order not to use money from a placing to pay off a loan only for him to raise money again to pay off the CLN. You just need to look at all the ramping just before placings happen and the latest is the PG is going to Westminster to complain that the SP is not 10p . T This company is a joke. I still own a few shares that i bought at 16p after getting sucked in by the rampers, but i am buying no more

What's wrong Keith , Are you unable to sleep due to ramping PRD over the last 4 or more years and you have very little to show for your money unless you have been trading the stock with your ramping or is it the guilt that maybe you have cost a lot of hobby investors a lot of their life savings because there are a lot of novice investors in this stock and have listened to you and others saying that this share was going to make them rich and its made them very poor if they sold today

MEM , What do you say to the people that have listened to your hype since April fools day 1st April 2019 when you made your first Prd post on lse when the SP was at 10p and the amount of shares in the company were massively a lot less. 6 years and 1000's of posts later regarding PRD and today the SP trading just above 3p. What do you say to those people who have bought shares after your ramping, I am keen to know because i have to confess , I listened to you and others and i took a punt at 16p. Sold most at 13p but still have a few left. 6 years ramping and the SP is 67% down from 1st April 2019 and massively diluted due to placings

Mondays RNS stated drilled/completed MOU-5 on budget, 4 days later, MOU-5 drilled under budget…….with emphasis/focus on increasing production in T&T.

I am out until such time as we the very long suffering SH actually get full disclosure on just what is going on.

IF we have in fact found vast reserves of gas there will be ample opportunity to buy back in, yes at a higher price, but I would rather do that than be exposed to the current situation, which has been ongoing for almost 6 years.

Good luck to SH with more patience than myself.
