There is a reason why the SP is slow to move and it could easily be down to the man in self who sold shares under a company that no one can trace. IMO, How can you trust PG.

The Flagstaff interview in my opinion was a car crash, Over ramping and came with a warning to anyone who questioned him, For many that's a red flag, He was happy to talk about the shares he loaned out with interest, but no mention of the shares he sold under a company that's untraceable. Well GRH has certainly cost me some of my hard earned cash and i am not sorry to see him go, But he will be back just like MEM soap opera from a few months back.
I can tell you a few things why the SP is sitting so low and nothing like last years 22p
PG cost many city boys big money after the Mou1 RNS which knocked the SP down to 8p and not all the placing shares were sold and many bailed out at a loss.
secondly Ireland was used to ramp up the SP months before MOU1 Spud and PG did placings into the rise
Third , PG Selling shares before a placing and if Mou 1 was such a big success, Why sell
Forth , Lonny not averaging down, 50K isn't much to the likes of him and he has all the information at his disposal.
Fifth , PGs outburst on the flagstaff interview at the end, No smoke without fire, What is he scared off to warn people off.
I know many people seen his outburst has a red flag.

Ireland, PG has most to gain hence all the ramping, This is the one that he hopes to make him rich, But hang on , Why would the Irish government pick PRD since their are more experienced companies and any contracts would need to go out to tender.

What ever happened to the innovative funding, Well least it wasn't a CLN

Still people see the CEO like a God, Honestly the bloke is milking this at the cost to us Share holders, He is now getting paid for loaning out his shares, So not only did he sell shares at 9p knowing fine well that a 5.5p placing was on its way, He is also making money out of the placing, Honestly you cannot make it up.
Just like the following quote from the CEO "We are excited by this opportunity and by the potential for cash flow from Trinidad C02 EOR operations through 2019, which can underpin our plans to become a significant gas player connected to the European gas market."

The CEO is all Hype and proven NOTHING , Even waiting for Mou1 to be tested, Remember Mou 1, The thank you RNS which had the SP dropping from 16p to 8p.

Regards placings, This will not be the last, History in Prd has a habit of repeating itself.

and Regards no JV after a YEAR of trying to get a JV, There is a good reason why they would not invest in PRD and no one is asking the reason why.

innovative funding has been done before by many companies including PRD who by chance got to know someone with connections to someone from overseas who was fully supportive of PRD and the Morocco project and managed to raise 1.5m Via a CLN, It seems that the company was all aboard for the distance in Morocco until another placing to pay off the CLN and this was after giving the CLN Company free shares in order not to pay off the CLN. Honestly, You can't make this stuff up and its all in the RNS History.

Also i noted that the company supplying the CLN who was fully supportive and started selling down on the 13 May 2019 just 3 months after supplying the CLN at the start of the Death spiral that seen the SP drop to 1.4p

If no JV, Then questions must be asked on Why, What are they seeing that others are not, These people have access to almost everything and if its a NO , Then why since all due diligence will have been carried out.
If a chance of a Duster, Do you think that a company will be willing to stump up the money? We still don't really know if Mou 1 was a duster, The sell off says it was, But the CEO says it wasn't, It comes down to who do you believe. PG has form on leading investors on stemming back to EOR and the time scale and what it really produced.
If a placing , Then you are paying for the CEOs dreams at little cost to him since Share holders will be paying Via dilution and its OK saying that the CEO is the biggest share holder but there is a reason why the head office is set up in jersey and that's Tax and other costs savings and i am sure that all companies setting up in jersey reap the rewards but the biggest winner will be the BODs plus PG will be on a good salary plus he has just picked up a large amount by selling under a company that no one knows about .

Since the May 12th RNS and still no news……

Sept 8th = 120 days

I have to start to accept that as the days drift by and still no news, it is becoming less likely re a JV on our terms and the balance starts to shift towards a placing. Either way will bring clarity on finances and a timeline on drilling/testing.

For the record, if no JV, it is probably for the right reasons, the possible partner were maybe too greedy, I do not think a Placing is a negative, far from it, we are still 100% owners of our Morocco license (less Govt 25%)

We MUST move the project forward, otherwise 2022 is a wasted year…….

CharlotteB , One of the best posts on here for a long time.
You say that i am bitter , yes i am bitter, Not against PRD, But against GRH and MEM for their ramping and catching me out at 16p on what many would say FOMO.
It wasn't until the decline in SP that i started to do research and yes i joined the Share Props site and amazed on what i was reading and if i had known, I would never had invested.
Luckily i sold half at a loss at 13p and that's invested in a proper company making good revenue and paying a dividend.
Regards ramper's on here , I believe that they are closer to PRD that what we think.

For serious investors things are about to get super interesting. I suspect the following timeline is likely.

Tuesday 7th September PRD publish an RNS, updating the Market on various strands of our business.

New Company Presentation published on PRD website.

Wednesday 8th an additional RNS possibly outlining a JV Partner for Morocco/Financing/Drill schedule

Thursday 9th - allowing the market time to digest news from the previous RNS (s) the Investor Presentation

Anyone not yet fully invested should IMO finalize their DD and buy ahead of company making news.

The last 6 weeks depressed SP has presented us with an opportunity I never though we would have ie buying at sub 5p. Possibly only 6 to 8 trading days to take a position, then I expect we will resume our SP climb.

The future SP performance will be driven by clarification of facts (certainly this will be true of our Moroccan License) and a removal of ‘tight hole status’ which I suspect is being controlled by the Moroccan Govt.

I have been watching JSE for a while and i was lucky to buy in the low 80s in June. I CEO seems to be a good honest bloke and i believe many look up to him.
JSE Has a great future a head and with these buy backs, This will only add value to the SP and the Dividend.

10:17 It's interesting how much ado was made about a director buying £50,000 worth of shares at 9p in a cash raise. And how little is said about a CEO reducing his holding in the company by 1,785,700 shares or about three times as much. Be careful.

I have to say, People on here are not talking about the CEO selling shares, Infact they would rather talk football while the CEO continues to kick the can down the road.
Still no one knows anything more about the H2 green power apart from they use the same postal address at3rd Floor, IFC5, Castle Street, St. Helier, JE2 3BY, Jersey, Talk about DYOR, Many things are so hidden within the shady world of these small companies

amazes me Why the CEO decided to sell on the day of a update with dates on Drilling and no news on a JV which the CEO knows exactly what is going on behind the scenes. IMO, He would only sell if a placing was on its way which will be at a big discount

I am trying to get my head around the TR1 that even GRH is ignoring and the fact that the CEO sold a load of shares under a company that no one has ever heard of.
Maybe its one of the Theseus Ltd type of companies that the CEO owns but yet we know very little about.

Look at last weeks evidence, Novum got freebie shares, A RNS worded for the SP to go up and a CEO selling some shares on the very day of that RNS, So he was selling into the market on the back of his update, Honestly you can't make it up.

19th Jul 2022 7:00 am RNS Drilling and Operations Update

The Company announces that it was informed on 19 July 2022 of the sale by H2Green Power Ltd ("H2Green") of its shareholding of 1,785,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9p per share on the same date.

In my opinion, all this sounds like manipulation, Operations update and the CEO selling into the news along with Novum getting their free shares, Maybe the old saying , Watch and learn while us share holders loose money.
On another note, MEM taking flack for speaking his mind on GRH and the way he writes, Opinions should be listened to and you have to laugh how everyone comes out to Protect GRH.
So what about H2Green Power Limited, Could their be a placing to buy H2Green Power Limited and for someone to make money out of it, One thing It wont be us share holders.
On another Note, Is the CEO allowed to sell pending any news? , Still no JV, CEO selling and a possible placing coming up. Doesn't sound great does it.

honestly a lot of you lot need to wake up and look at the real facts, IMO MEM is the only one who is posting real facts and yes he is right to be negative, These companies are a gamble, GRH got lucky with one stock and you treat him like a God , Who knows who is feeding him all off this information, It could be PG for all we know.
He said watch and learn, Well he has been in this stock now for 3 years posting most days and prd still to make money, at least MEM sold a few to invest in another company and made money while the rest of you held on to prd missing out on a multi bagger if you sold in the teens.
I took half of my money out at around 13p, Pleased that i did, I will just sit and wait now and see how they are going to fund Morocco because at the moment, Its Prds only hope and my hope in getting my money back.

Noted yet again the lack of GRH after a poor RNS however he has turned up pointing out how good he is.
Lets face it, Long lead times and items not ordered doesn't sound that confident and a JV has now been going on since last year and PG still hasn't found someone to fund his dreams.

Regards Trinidad, Who knows what was in the contract with Fram, PG throw in a low ball offer to buy fram, Why ? Because it wasn't delivering what was promised and maybe that's part of the terms of agreement.
Any new deals in Trinidad will take more placings and time and Ireland is hope, So might be better to forget about EOR and move on

Question will be asked, IF NO JV, Then WHY ????? and how much dilution for a placing

GRH has been quiet since i had a pop at him for his ramping and living everyday on here , Pleased that he has decided to spend quality life doing other things

Regards a JV , Big questions would need to be addressed if no JV, Lets face it, any partner would want to see all the details and if they decide NO, Then their will be a very good reason for it.
If a placing happens, This will be to fulfil PG's dreams at the cost of share holders and don't worry about him been the biggest Share holder, He will be doing okay out of all of this even if the company goes belly up.

On a plus side , If a JV, Then it shows that after DD, their must be a chance of Gas, Otherwise no company would touch it

Like all of these O&G companies, Clon, Adv and the list goes on, Its a risk and people live on Hype and hope
