That means that drilling was completed and not suspended.
Nothing is clear about this company and everyone here is trying to second guess , I think Mou1 results are weeks or months away or else he would have completed the tests ages ago and used the results to get a JV

Regards Trinidad, If Morocco was going to make every share holder very Rich, Why bother Trinidad since the last time they were using EOR, It took around 3 years and they were kicked of site, Sooner or later , They need to raise money for Trinidad which will dilute us even more.

I would be far happy if they scrapped the idea off Trinidad and concentrate on just one project and get it right.

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 19 July 2022 of the sale by H2Green Power Ltd ("H2Green") of its shareholding of 1,785,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9p per share on the same date.

The sale of the holding was executed to remove any potential conflicts of interest between the two entities and to provide funding for the development of H2Green's business.

Paul Griffiths, the Executive Chairman of the Company is a director and significant shareholder of H2Green.

All off this reminds me off a children's program With PG and Lonny at the helm and the Rampers on the side-lines looking in telling everyone that everything is OKAY and you will all be rich.

GRH taking cover and MEM popping out now and again saying we will be OKAY, Yes the 2 that convinced me to buy at 16p And Yes the SP did pop up at 22p on the 4th June 2021 just before yet ANOTHER Placing.

This Project isn't costing PG his life savings, No one knows how much he put into this company at IPO, But Private investors know how much they have put in Plus of course PG Did sell a load of shares under a company that no one has heard off, But Hey , Nothing was said and that was on a day of a update and 2 weeks before a placing and everyone trusts him.

Looking at this now , No wonder no one was interested in a JV and that's what PG wanted or he would not have wasted months trying to get a deal

Trinidad was that much of a success that they where kicked off site and Now they are Paying CEG money to restart EOR and where is the money coming from , Yes its Share holders with further dilution .

The begging bowl will be passed around on the 1st Feb

Todays SP says more than what is in the RNS and a placing will be just around the corner

Well i certainly got caught by the ramping from GRH and MEM, But these are not the only 2 ramping this stock, Best thing that i done was to sell half at 13p, But still costing me money.

Many have put life savings into this company using family's money believing what the likes of GRH has been spouting off and regards the CEO who sold a load last year, How can you trust him, Personally , He is a sales man and many have fallen for his patter. Another skeleton in the grave yard .

Advance 85 to 95% COS, Look what happened to them , I am pleased that i started putting money into another company that at least is making money.
I have written this off and todays SP says a lot compared to my buy in price before Mou 1 Results which was 16p

it speaks volumes that the rampers have taken cover just in case off a duster.

This is why people get abuse, They are trying to ramp up the SP on Hype and hope.
the CEO has yet to make £1 off revenue and this project is a lifestyle dream paid by private investors and it seems to me that your over exposed and worried.

Regards Lancygeo comments , I suggest that he looks back at history of the run up to spud, The SP never recovered after the final placing when the SP hit 22p and a month later the SP was at 6p after another placing and this was hours before a director sold a load of shares.

I was foolish to buy at 16p and to be honest after getting sucked in by the hype of 2 rampers. This is a total risk and i am pleased that i sold half at 12p with a 25% loss.

Ask yourself this , Why was the last placing at 8p ? Why did the CEO sell a load of Shares? What price will the SP go if poor results. Rampers do not care, They only want you to force up the SP .

Regards the recent placing , No one is asking WHY the big discount when Prd are supposed to be sitting on a gold mine, Or gas in Prds case.
You have to be Honest, PRD destroyed the SP and caught many trader trying to make a profit.

That sure thing of buying the shares in order to sell into the spud of Mou-2 isn't looking good. The cash raise put paid to that. Too many sellers. Those sellers include the directors who exercised options. Whatever the reasons for the sale, they are director sales. And they both come out £250,000+ ahead.

What you must take into account, PG was all for a JV, But no one would touch it, PG mentioned that he had 2 JVs interested , So the ball was in PRDs court to get a deal and all parties walked away , You have to ask yourself why. Now Share holders are paying the price due to the massive increase in the number of shares in the company and dilution and if you think that another placing is never going to happen, then think again, All funds in the bank are for Morocco, So watch out for news on Trinidad.

And just remember, No one here are really experts, Even KeithOz said that the SP would never go below 10p and he calls himself a expert, So wrong he was.

Regards these Experts, how many are selling at the moment , Even PG dumped a load 2 weeks before a placing.

Lets face it, Prd is a gamble and no matter how much ramping people do, It won't change the outcome and people should like i should have done and do the research instead of getting caught up in Ramping.
You just need to look at Lonnys Followers , 372 people follow him and 575 follow Prd, So in the scheme of things, Its not that many people and not many buyers for the shares from the recent placing hence why the SP is sitting at todays price.

its got to be sickening for a lot of long term investors who missed out on 20 plus pence on the run up to Mou 1 and then its been placing after placing diluting share holders and i guess a lot of these people in the chat have been buying more because they have total trust in the CEO, The one that was saying that Mou 2 was getting drilled months ago and we still have no idea on what is happening.

The issue is , Charlotte is correct in what she is saying and because your so emotionally involved along with others, You just don't like hearing the truth.
PRD it self has made ZERO revenue since IPO and the only person making money is the CEO Via a salary and living a good lifestyle via shareholders, No one knows how much he out into the company really and how much he has really made along the way , The only thing that we do know that he has a habit of raising money on a rise in the share price just like last year into the spud that wrecked my chances of making money.
I have written my money off and pleased that i sold half at 13p but this share to me is a pure gamble with the odds stacked against me and i just hope that no one has put all their money into this because if Mou2 is a flop, then you can say goodbye to your money.
Regards COS , look at other companies likes off ADV, Clon and co, Many have lost life savings and be realistic , nothing is a given.

What ever you do regards research, Don't do the following.
Don't look at past RNS's from 2018 to 2021, There are just pie in the sky.
Don't research H2 Green energy who sold shares into good news and weeks before a placing, Untraceable
Don't go looking for info on Arato, Its a minefield, Set up to service many small companies but it was only set up to service Prd
Don't go looking into Theseus Ltd
Don't be reading more skeletons than a grave yard
Don't listen to Ramper's , They will suck you in likes what happened to me.

Honestly, Its a total gamble with the odds stacked against you just like any other oil and gas.

Noted that Sarah Cope has been handed a fair amount of money for doing NOTHING , She was around when the ARATO CLN was sorted out with the American , Why go to the USA for a CLN begs a big question.
How many more Ex directors are going to come out of the woodwork diluting us share holders and many have never put their hands in their pockets to buy a single share , Shows commitment doesn't it.

SP seems stuck on 8p compared to last year, Seems people are in fear of another one of those poor communicated RNS's that sees the SP tumble 50% after spud that was supposed to be a major success according to PG, Well if it was that Major of a success, Why didn't he communicate it when the SP fell.

Looking back on this comment "Based on the positive indications of the presence of gas in MOU-1 we are now proposing to drill again later this year." and that was 15 months a go, So no rush then PG.
