Who owns H2Green ??? PG Check companies house and when was their a TR1 on ownership of those shares when H2 power bought the shares?

Then just over 3 weeks a placing on the 17th Aug 2022.

Also how many shares has PG loaned the company and at what interest rate. PG has done well out all this at shareholders expense

Just watched the Video and i am shocked, This is going to ZERO , I doubt that i will see my 16p a share after listening to GRH and MEM

So if Lonny lent PRD £183,000 , Then Prd can't be debt free, Lets face it, The reason why Prd cant borrow money is due to risk, so the alternative is to dilute the long term holders when raising money.

Theirs nothing to shout about here , Many people have put a lot of money into this Duster , All you rampers out there will have just about killed off some weak emotional investors who believed in everything that was posted in LSE Chat from the likes of GRH , Keithoz, MEM, Foot and mouth just to name a few, I can go back to posts where people are buying on the dips and the SP falls more, I just feel sorry for the people who are over exposed believing in the story. PG Stated that Trinidad would be producing last November , What happened to that.

People buying into Prd back in 2018 and ramping this stock will have wasted 7 years of their lives, You would have done better buying Covid hit stocks like RR instead of living a dream on the back off PRD Rampers, In my opinion, Some of these Rampers have close ties to PRD and don't give a hoot about the private investor. The reason why i asked about loaning shares out is due to an TR1 on the 10th March 2020 when Spreadex bought a load of shares and i cannot see a a RNS saying that they sold them. Isn't spreadex a betting company ?

I guess that will be PG finishing work today for a long deserved Xmas and new year holiday , Lets face it , At 70 years old and he is really a one band man running the company jetting between Morocco, Trinidad and to his home, He will be in need of a good holiday, All paid for by shareholders

The only reason why PG does presentation's / interviews / Q&A is to raise more money , So the company may have no debt, But we investors are getting heavily diluted, So the question is , How much money will he raise. And when?

On flagstaff , Why so many changes of PR if the company is so good?

On another subject on Dilution off share value, How many shares does PG have in the company, You just need to look into PRD Director deals and PG owns ZERO shares, This is because he sold a load under another company that he is a director off and he has loaned the company the rest on which he is earning a high rate of interest from.

PG is a 70 year old involved in a few companies according to companies house with 3 projects going on with PRD and theirs him

I was reading an update ""All three wells recovered oil during swabbing operations (approximately 10 barrels in the recovered fluid), having previously only produced water. Fluid levels in the wells have risen in response to CO2 injection at AT-5X. The encouraging results facilitates moving to the next stage to reactivate at least two of these wells for production. Lets hope that PG can get more than 10 barrels out of the ground per day in Trinidad

I got sucked unto PRD a few years back via listening to a few in here , I have sold a few but still hold some, If you do some digging on the net , You can find out more information which I have posted in the past, You just need to have a look at Jonas Anderson on Twitter and read a few of his posts. itsprd is correct in what he is saying. If you think TT is going to make you rich , Think again. There will be plenty of more placings along the way , You see how it works, The SP gets ramped, PG does a few interviews and bingo, Another placing. We are like lambs to the slaughter. Talk about rinse and repeat. If you ask me, A lot of people who where posting in this chat have sold out and left the rest of us sitting with losses

One thing that i will add , PG said that he would not sell until 50p, Well he sold a few under 10p on a day off a update and 2 weeks before a placing under a company that no one has ever heard off , Maybe the question to PG is, Why sell shares under a company that no one has heard off.

Regards yourself, If you have done that well in Life , Why are you mixing with the likes off us and wasting your life on social media? . Looks like your more than a investor and maybe more involved with PG than what people think
