My understanding is that no payments were meant to go to SSGI until 2021. This was accelerated because RP had a clause inserted into the loan that if he left we would have to pay 100% of the loan within 90 days. This was only agreed to be accelerated based on the Mercuria loan, the rest is history , also the loan was meant to be paid by gold dividends!
