Today was the deadline for EMX to exercise the warrants, see the RNS from 31st October 2024. There should also be a further RNS tomorrow or early next week about the shares they are getting which are locked in for 12 months on our decision to exercise to acquisition of the 3 licenses. All very positive, looking at the RNS from last year hadn't appreciated how big a prospect monal is (mt weary) 476km, gold mineralisation close to surface is also confirmed on that licence and we haven't even started on that as focus is Yarrol 😂!

Get a JV going on Kathleen Valley, use that to continue funding ongoing exploration in Queensland and MILA suddenly goes from Junior explorer to sleeping giant with an opportunity to still get in very early on this journey.

I quote the statement from the board to shareholders in the year end result - "I must thank our team that are working tirelessly to build the Company."

They are in the very early stages of building something very special here, its going to take time but as ive said before im happy with the continued gradual rise as others start to see the potential. All the facts and peices are clear to see when you start putting it together. For some this investment will be life changing, if you are prepared to give the time to deliver on the foundations they are creating.

Feels like someone is still continuing to accumulate shares, £20k of delayed buys gone through.

Unless someone is genuinely buying extremely low volumes of shares to cause confusion then MM chatter is picking up pace. Allegedly 100 is I need shares, 200 or the 199 that gone through is i need shares badly.

Based on the RNS' April / May this year it took just over a month.

That being said it can easily take up to 2 months or even longer if there is a backlog in the lab. Certainly companies operating in the Patterson region are seeing a wait in assay results being received GEO, WSBN are two that I know off.

So they can appear at any point from a month onwards unexpectedly. Really depends on the lab and each company is different.

MM's clearly communicating based on some of those trades.

I do think liquidity alone will start to see an increase in share price as supply dries up and people hold for the higher premium these shares deserve. The 500k seller that had been present for a couple of days and seemingly absorbed by Stuart Packwoods purchased has cleared and reduced availability hence why the price is continuing to move upwards. c.650m shares isn't that many in issue, alot of those will be in PI hands holding for the long term.

Also currently showing top of the leaderboard, which will be like a free advert 😁! Market will wake up at some point to this opportunity!

Its not a director buying over at MILA Sheep but a very switched on investor, who bought in EEE very low previously.

Regarding the Omar tweet I shared i always assume when he includes the eyes without a company name checked he is referencing GEO. He puts plenty of tweets out about other companies which he is entitled to do but name drops them.

He did the same when he referenced XRF readings mid September which can't be published but people have seemingly forgotten about in this tweet.

Turning to Kathleen Valley ("KV"), we continue to see significant potential in the licences for both gold and lithium albeit we have prioritised Yarrol in 2025. KV is located in a highly strategic location with an abundance of gold and lithium infrastructure nearby and we are now evaluating several options on developing KV further. Regrettably, Liontown Resources elected to terminate their option agreement with regard to the lithium exploration in January 2025 against the backdrop of a softer lithium market. We have since received several inbound enquiries for both the gold and lithium potential of these licences, which we are now reviewing. We are confident that KV will unlock value and will update the market once the preferred route is determined.

Buys gone to NT on Halifax, not sure about other platforms.

I agree, whilst we have far more gold currently reported the one thing they seem to have more of is market sentiment. I know how undervalued this is compared to peers just purely for the gold strikes alone, but at present the market doesn't seem to want to price that in. I'm happy for it to build slowly steadily each day as the market starts to wake up and then before you know the market will wake up, its too late and then by that time the shares will be in enough secure hands that it will pop due to lack of availability and everyone trying to get in will be paying a significant premium.

I'm very confident in that its not a case of if, but when with MILA. Lets just enjoy the ride and what those who have invested here know where this will be in a few months time.

Not sure if its been spotted by others but 1 min 12 of the recent interview tells me everything i need to know, as it looks like a recovery of words and a rye smile afterwards that he almost gave it away 😂 clearly I could be reading too much into but that's my opinion.

To add the only reason we haven't completely flown today is because there seems to be a bit of a seller, don't know why we all have our reasons but the share price is still holding up against this and consolidating reqdy for the next push 😊

Again we don't want to rush this and start attracting the wrong crowd through volatility. Let the share price continue to build and keep consolidating along the way and keep moving in the right direction.

Would be good to so some analysis on other gold explorers and benchmark their market cap. For example we've overtaken one of my other holdings GEO's market cap on our recent rise and its fall. Again suggests that given we have confirmed gold here the market cap should be pushing towards a £20m mcap first target. Further good assays should push us to about £40m / £50m on par with the likes of WSBN - that's still x3 current market cap. Again demonstrating just how undervalued this share currently is.

As you say continues to fly under the radar, I for one prefer it that way. Nice increase this morning, which was expected, but still without limited fanfare or noise on this bulletin board.

That gives me confidence it's still very early in our journey here, long term holders continue to accumulate and hold. Why is that a positive? It stabilisers the share price, it means the increases will be sustainable and even more it limits the supply of shares which means the share price, as we continue to receive good news, will only go one way and when people do try to scramble to buy shares they'll be paying a significant premium to today's share price. Looking forward to pending assay results and news on plans for Kathleen valley!
