Priory im all for discussing different shares, comparing and contrasting is a good think to do, it also highlights opportunities for people who want to diversify their profile. But when a user (tominvesting) is repeatedly and blatantly cross ramping a share across multiple other shares then it needs to be called out. If your not in Jan already (which I know some are here) just be careful entering on the back of someone trying to ramp it and do your own research.

Back on topic please, tominvesting likely doesn't hold MILA as he is doing is pumping Jan across numerous boards just look at his posts elsewhere.

Look at the charts and the W formation we are currently in the process of completing upwards, an extremely bullish buy signal that won't have gone unnoticed by some.

Personally id be happy for assays to come out after the 26th once the uk budget has been announced but before the AGM on the 9th December.

Priory happy to discuss it but the point is fairly minimum in the grand scheme of things and its the weekend.

£338,780.46 / £0.01 = 33.9 million shares.

Maximum new shares they can issue = 33.9 million. This is only approval for 5–6% dilution in year if required. The “50%” refers to nominal capital, not number of shares as you suggest.

To be clear I agree with Winvestor's post.

Fully agree and look at our neighbours in the same yard who could easily snap us up. MILA are fully aware of this and Mark makes reference to it in the interview he did with stockbox in July.

They want to ensure fair value for shareholders (which will include themselves) before any major has the opportunity to buy us out at this low market cap. Thats why they are working so hard on the drilling and to get a MRE early next year which will lead to a fairer share price.

Hopefully they can create a bidding war at some point 😁

Does look like someone is slowly accumulating in 500k batches.

It ain't going to take much buying pressure to push us back over 2p, it's just that volumes have dropped off whilst we await news, im sure an element of it has been driven on the wider market by the uncertainty of the pending UK budget.

Either way assays are due soon and they should put us firmly on the map of investors looking for a bit more confidence in the resource we have in the ground 😁! Remember this all leads to a MRE early next year.

Priory, has it ever occurred to you that people are happy to invest for the long term knowing it take time to prove up a resource and when MILA does it will be worth significantly more than the current share price - that's what investing is about isn't is? All you do is talk about daily drops but still fail to acknowledge that in the last month the share despite the drop is still 50% up you make it sound like the share has crashed and the gold in the ground as evaporated.

EMX is clearly selling and that will stop at somepoint if not today, that only creates opportunity for others to buy in at this price or if they want to wait longer risk aiming for a lower price if they think it will get there. The prize here is the gold in the ground not todays price which will be a distant memory at somepoint.

Dr Rem - I provided you with an answer in the telegram group.

No we are not due a raise and are fully funded for the drilling campaign.

Priory - No one is really speaking about the drop because most have confidence in the long term position of the business and the value it will create for existing shareholders, especially given the market cap remains significantly low.

Once warrants have fully cleared and news lands sentiment will revert and we'll be back on a upward trajectory. The only person trying to trash this share is yourself without any facts to support it other than talking about a drop and warrants. You haven't got any substance to your conversation.

The fundamentals haven't changed, they already reported significant high grade gold strikes in May and the latest batch are due for release any day now. There is also the potential for a joint venture on the Kathleen valley license, all of which are facts. That's why no one is reacting to the drop, if your confident in your own research then the short term share price has no relevance "as they say the cream always rises to the top".

I'm not sure who is paying you, or why you have a vendetta again MILA but that's your perogative, I'll stick by the research ive conducted and continue to share information on that basis. You continue to deramp a perfectly good share for no reason without any basis for doing so.
