I think they do that to knock down the price to allow buyers to come on board. I have yet to see a share go as low as the lowest analyst .Who knows

It will open at 24p will then head down to 17/18 /19p and only then retrace .All those who buy at 24p will panic and sell out at 18p thinking they were wrong the mms will then drive the price up to 24 again and sell to panicked buyers who missed out or sold and they will make a killing on that. They have in the mean time mopped up all the sales and bought in at 18p.
Watch and you will see that nearly every share that rises starts of going down and vise verse
