I’ve been pretty spot on with my predictions so far so I’m going to go out on a limb here and call 5-7p within 4 months from now. I’m not really sure why we desperately require further funding, the last 4m raised by us shareholders should be enough to acquire some land (cheap as hell in Poland) and get this ball rolling.
We just need the FOAK and then we actually have something to offer. Doesn’t have to be a huge installation just something that works so this can be showcased to the world.

Was going to say before my phone died. Absolutely no way a Fortune 500 mining company like Demir with its great expertise and experience in this field would be investing millions into this project with us if it was a high gamble that they weren’t sure was going to be lucrative. They are expecting to make a profit on the tens of millions they’ll be pouring into this project. We don’t have any further financial obligations as I understand it unless we choose to acquire more land along the way. As it stands we get a whopping 40% is it? Seriously undervalued right now. If this slump lasts until mid feb ill be sitting an extra £50k in here.

I have already read that section and the liabilities aren’t an issue as soon as this JV is finalised which certainly deals like just a formality now.
We have minimal expenditure as our partner is funding just about everything. As far as I can see it we pretty much can sit back and claim our percentage at this point now. Seems a very strong position with next to no risk on our end.

I’ve had a good look at this share over the past few weeks and I can’t see any risk here, even a amidst fears from some of a market crash.

Just read through the JV again, am I right that there’s just one last license to be transferred before completion of the JV agreement? Demir will then pay €1 million and we are a go ahead?

Been watching this stock for a while now, bought in this morning.
Looks undervalued to me and primed for a big retrace.

A totally valid view and I won’t disagree with you there.
You’re right that these stocks can be temporarily swayed and this share certainly has for the most part whenever news is announced etc.
unfortunately it repeatedly breaks through to new lows as well.
Sentiment is falling and the charts strongly correlate this over the past year.
From what I’ve seen, peel will hopefully aggregate plot 10b in the coming weeks but don’t be surprised if that’s all that happens for the next 6months.
I’m not going to look into a crystal ball and say this is going to rocket/ plummet but everything seems to point towards another descent. Fingers crossed we get a new CEO with some drive, however I must say I’m doubtful.

Aha no quibbling with your assessment of gentleman but considering the overall continued downward trend and the latest 3 black crows in the chart, we have a strong indicator that the price is expected to drop much further.

Gentleman I’ve seen those photos and all that’s taken place is someone has jumped back on the digger for a couple of hours and scraped back the top few inches of soil again to clear all the overgrowth.
At least it looks tidy now I guess.
Fingers crossed they start getting some aggregate down, only a couple of days work and will stop and future overgrowth.

I was able to sell all of my shares when the sell price was 15.5p, however I was quoted 14p due to the Large quantity. I have every faith in this share but can see a big sell off coming once everyone receives their shares. It’s always the way with IPOs.
Could see this drop just under 10p but time will tell.
One thing you can be sure of is a quick retrace.
