Gentleman you have to understand the limitations of PHE. They are solely leasing their tech. It’s not Hui’s prerogative to advertise for PHE as well as themselves.
Surely the lack of RNS here constantly shows you that PHE are taking a step back and are content with just receiving royalties.

The plant will be theirs though. Constructed and funded without any financial input from phe.
The fact that linde engineering are taking this over the finishing line rather than phe has to tell you something?
They are paying an annual fee for for the right to do whatever they want with the tech.
It’s quite clear that as far as phe is concerned they will just be collecting annual fees which you should already be well aware of.

I think gentlemen must solely be invested in phe and is resenting putting all his eggs in one basket.
As Hui does well so will phe in the long run. They are symbiotic.
Only difference is hui will be the one getting all the press as they are marketing and putting g themselves out there. Also worth barring in mind they have 10x less shares than phe so all it takes is a couple of buys to pump the sp up 15%.

Ofc he’s interested in investing here/ is invested. Wouldn’t be here otherwise. I appreciate his input. For the most part his posts have been sceptical and point solely to the facts presented to us rather than blindly trusting. I think that’s an important perspective to take in.

why would you be pleased? Most of those resolutions were brought forward to bring positive change to this company. Bring forth clarity and restore trust.
The numbers don’t add up, not even a little. This is all basically a big FU to shareholders. They are calling all the shots with 0 regards given so long as they’re able to keep propping up the company with dilutions and lining their own pockets.

Yeah. A big FU from the bod with majority share holdings.

There’s no lack of interest here plenty of posts daily albeit usually from the same posters. Is this likely to continue the drift slowly to sub 2p? Do we have any milestones on the horizon? Is anything happening!??

RNS stands for regulatory news service, if you can explain to me how the last RNS released constitutes as news rather than hearsay then please enlighten us all.
I have had a look on the phe bb and noticed you are a regular flag waver over there.

Unfortunately best case scenario we have at least a year to wait for anything to happen here as everything stands.
HUI have quoted anticipating some time during 2023 to begin clearing the first site and begin construction given all permits have been successfully granted.
Worst case scenario we have another couple of years similar to phe/peel but I’m optimistic Aleksandra will keep us updated with news moving forward and hopefully our marketing catches the attention of other partners whilst we wait.
Just need her to keep channeling that great enthusiasm and desist from fronting her own rambling beliefs as RNS announcements.

How on Earth does this constitute as an RNS? All hear say and speculation. Had enough of this nonsense with PHE we don’t need it here, let’s update shareholders with news rather than opinions shall we?

Called 5-7p previously. Longer we are stagnant here the lower the sp will drop. The sad truth is that HUI have updated 2023 as the year of building.. there’s no way the sp price will hold that long. Just look at the fall with PHE over the last year alone.
Wouldn’t be surprised if this hits 2p before the year is out. I will continue to top up little by little as this falls but many will just be looking to beat inflation this year rather than holding long on this one. Expecting a rebound early next year but until then I’m quite bearish here.

Have been asked to withdraw the loan and reapply.
Dates just seem to be pushed back further with both phe and hui. Can we optimistically hope for a plant from either before 2025?

Honestly thought HUI would be constructing this year. Mentions that they are expecting to start with construction in 2023. Can’t see Protos beating HUI to construction so realistically does this mean we are looking at mid to end of 2023 for HUI completion and 2024ish for protos?
