So much positivity with this share, lots of helium to be extracted, along with hydrogen gases, one of the worlds leading geologists in charge, Tanzania Govt have sanctioned the Mining Licence and will have seen all the required documentation, plenty of majors around in the area, and plenty looking for acquisitions and JV's, helium's demand is higher than supply, so it's a name your price commodity, likely to be sold to the Far East, and don't forget, we've got Colorado too, about to go in to production, generating revenue from Q4 onwards. 10m about to be raised for money in the bank. All looking very rosy here :)

If you are selling your shares peeps, they will take them and use them to buy back with, when they start peddling the sp in the opposite direction, or buy out and leave. Hi OSD, I've honestly never seen the markets as dire as this in over 20 years. My fear is it's only going to get worse. Let's see what Trump tells Starmer off for today! Trump is looking after his own, and who can blame him, but we've become a state censorship tyrannical despot of a society and it's frightening. From August you can't leave the country more than 3 times in a year without being investigated without your knowledge, and now it's acclaimed on insta, if it's right, that any phone call over 10 mins duration from January 2026, your network provider has to hold it, so that it can be listened to if required by the State. What's the point of that? The terrorist organisations will find other ways, and what if you speak for just less than ten minutes, ring off, and then ring back again, and keep doing that? It's absurd. All our freedoms gone, and now there's something else about carbon passports and preventing you from leaving the country per se. What the hell is happening to this country? You can't even get your own money out from the Bank and if someone else takes it, it takes them months and months to investigate, and that's if you're lucky!

Just looking in to see if there is an rns for you all, but nothing. I hope they are not mixing and matching the monies so to speak, ie investing them in Sbar and TIR instead in some roundabout way may be? You never know with these companies and as Sbar came online just around the time of that last raise, it's made me suspicious. The Mining (Local Content) Regulations 2018 (the Local Content Regulations) provide at regulation 34 that a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity that requires financial services with respect to a mining activity shall retain only the services of a Tanzanian financial institution or organisation.

Despite this, a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or an allied entity may with the approval of the Mining Commission engage the services of a foreign financial institution or organisation.

This issue is key as the Local Content Regulations at first instance limit funding sources to local banks. As parties structure their projects they need to consider this issues in terms of potential interest rates and the effect on the internal rate of return (IRR) in their financial model. There will be a joint financial model agreed upon between the investor and GoT as a schedule to the framework agreement, however the investor will naturally have modelled their own requirements separately and prior to engagement with their counterparty.

Similar local content restrictions apply for insurance over the Project, unless written approval of the Commissioner of Insurance has been obtained to use offshore insurance services, local providers must be given priority. All such elements need to be considered by investors as the typical view to ‘crowd in’ an international bench of lenders, insurers and other stakeholders in order to create a competitive environment to create cost efficiencies does not entirely apply given the in-built legal requirements. This is not to say that an efficient funding cycle and typical protections cannot be achieved. It simply means that both local and international structuring advice is required from the outset."

Strategic takeover?

"Helium and hydrogen exploration, development, and production company Mosman Oil and Gas has terminated its drilling programme at the Vecta helium project in Colorado.

The programme targeted the “helium-rich” Lyons formation across the Billy Goat, BARD, and Garcia areas of the acreage, at depths between 1,200 and 1,500 feet.

However, both BARD and Garcia wells encountered the formation deeper than expected, with water-wet conditions and no structural traps, meaning the geology was less reliable than predicted.

Given the Lyons formation’s low pressure and flow rates, even with helium concentrations of 2% to 3%, extensive drilling was not commercially viable.

Howard McLaughlin, interim CEO of Mosman, said the company exited the programme early with minimal cost. The total cost to Mosman for the drilling campaign was $214,931.

“We now look forward to focusing our efforts on the larger opportunities at our Sagebrush and Coyote Wash helium projects in Colorado, where we see significant potential for growth,” Mclaughlin added.

In January, Mosman signed a deal to acquire an 82.5% working interest in the Sagebrush project in Colorado.

Based on studies, Mosman hopes that helium and additional hydrocarbons will be present on the lease, which is located adjacent to the company’s Coyote Wash project."

Thank you LouiseR, just seen your first post of the afternoon here, and totally agree. The idiots are not seeing the potential here at all and what is likely to come, and it won't be that far away. Meanwhile, big brother ie the State, are closing down on the UK more and more. It's predicted that by 2030 the banking system will collapse. It's what the G7 want. Trump is already preparing the US for it. You might think he's looney, but he's actually very switched on to it all, and by 2030, I hope we're out of TG, and gone from the UK stock market, that we own Blue Star out right, and concentrate on the US markets. This is where I think the Company will drive us towards.

If peeps cannot see what is happening with the control mechanisms in the UK, heaven help you, and also all of us. For instance, from 4 August 2025 a new system called Enhanced Customs Monitoring is coming in to force, linked to HMRC, so that if you leave and return to the UK more than 3 times in 12 months, the Govt, through HMRC, will have the power to look at your taxes, your bank accounts, your benefits, everything to see what you're up to! They've already got control of your body after death if you've got 115 coded on the back of your driving licence card, and you haven't requested it be removed, as it automatically gives the State the right through the NHS to remove your organs for donation. I've got it on mine and need to get it removed, as it was put on automatically when I renewed. They've already notified the Banks that they need to question any withdrawal for 3k or more, and to find out what it's for, and giving the Bank absolute power to refuse you your own monies. And they are bringing in the ID card by stealth, and very soon. Our freedoms are gone, we're now living in a dictatorship! my views!
