CP, look at the bigger picture, someone is advising the company, purely on a PR basis of course! I'm certain of it! but someone who has knowledge of the industry! oil and gas! :)

The company are beginning to learn the method in the art of surprise! I wonder who they might have learned that from on the great AIM shareholder arena? who might have the expertise? :)

OSD the law is the law, correct, but proving serious harm to reputation is nigh on impossible unless you're a business who has been rubbished out of spite by a contributor on a site like Trustpilot say, or you're a film sta,r or Prince Harry! The cost of trying to take such proceedings is colossal in itself, and judges are so wild with their findings these days, it's a huge risk! Evidencing "serious harm" over one post from a contributor on an anonymous forum who has posted something you don't like, is not evidencing "serious harm" and especially not so to an anonymous handle! Believe me, I've encountered far worse on this site, but that is what the filter button is there for! My only gripe on that is that if you filter someone, it should also automatically filter them in return!

OSD, you name is a handle. How do you intend to show a handle has suffered "serious harm" to its "reputation"? Nothing will happen if it doesn't name actual names. Malicious Comms Act is another thing, but even then, all the police do is tell you to remove yourself from the site so that you cannot be attacked any further!

PubCrawl, this is an interesting find you made 👍 In bed with majors, and only gave away 16%. This is what I had been thinking, in that to only give away 17% to TG, we must have some force behind us whom the TG are happy to have on board and don't want to upset. Someone is waiting in the wings, and lets hope they reveal their identity very soon :)
