HL just moved us up again and it's NT to buy a million shares as just tried!

Seem to be moving us up a bit today with ease! Nearly fell off my chair with the shock! :)

I'm still way down northfork, but keeping the faith! We have to sail above 1p now if folks will hold hopefully :) my view.

If a company is sold or potentially divests a part of it's business for example, and thus triggers the conversion, a common conversion formula is for the loan notes to convert into shares at a previously agreed price per share (as we have here). The company must then agree the valuation at which the loan notes convert to shares at the time the loan notes are created.

The company would want debt off it's books if a buy out were to happen.

I now firmly think there's going to be a buy out for our interest in Tanzania and HE1 will go for a buy out of Blue Star. This is why I think our signing ceremony has been delayed. I suspect that ML is going to be transferred to someone else. Could be wrong, but I have a gut feeling about this and the never ending delay. Hopefully shareholders who stick around will win the prize! Let's hope it's a good one, if it happens! my views.

Still not given a % share price change for opening!

There was a news bulletin last night on the gogglebox that China are buying heavily in to all metals and gases in Africa. This is why Trump is afraid of China becoming the most dominant force. Goods news for us shareholders if they take the helium at a good price, or buy us out, but bad news for the world in general imo. Russia pails in to insignificance, as America and China lock in to a massive trade war.

Said it all along, Graham Jacobs needs to be sacked, pronto.
