RE: Primed?21 May 2023 16:03
Following on from my last post, I'm beginning to see this following a very similar trajectory. The ASX listing will be the pivotal point and then I suggest, that just like happened with the other company, a insti investor, highly likely Australian, will be provided with a private placing opportunity, however, in the interim, SD will expect to see the sp rising not falling, so that placing can take place at a higher strike price. This is the rns snippet from that other share at the time;
The company has entered a "securities purchase agreement for a private placement of 53,306,751 new ordinary shares of the Company (the "Placing Shares") and warrants (the "Warrants") to purchase up to 53,306,751 ordinary shares (the "Warrant Shares") to a single institutional investor at the market price of 26.5p per ordinary share and associated Warrant, for gross proceeds of £14,126,289, or approximately US$20m (not including any gross proceeds from the exercise of the Warrants), before deducting placement agent's fees and offering expenses". I think this will go the same way, but in the interim, there should be the news about the newmont/newcrest vote, and if passed, then I expect we will start to see a steady upwards moment, plus if SD comes over, once that vote is through, then I think it will be all to play for here. Upward trend is your friend, and I think it's definitely on the cards. By the way, anyone with HL, they appear to be doing something to their systems, so try and take a snap shot of your account figures to be on the safe side would be my advice!
