And all from an illiterate telegrammer called iknownuffin who certainly lives up to his handles name, and who couldn't even read that the High Court litigation included a claim for damages at point 5 in the amended particulars! I also can't see the court being too happy about a Nomad enticing and co-ercing investors to invest and increase their shareholdings based on the Nomad shouting words to the effect "massive dividend" likely, when they already knew they had High Court litigation in the background. Disgusting. How the Nomad stays in office is beyond farsical. My views, as always.

In fact, I would counterclaim for damages for not being informed of the High Court litigation in December 2022, when I could hve exited with most of my holding at 21p! And I suspect there might be a good few other folk who wouldn't mind tagging in to, to seek damages. Ouch!!!!

As I have said previously here a few weeks ago, if the company want to email me about anything I have said, please do so, and we can argue it in private, they have my email address, as I contacted Keith some time ago and he never responded, and they will have my details held with the Link Registrars. However, I think they have bigger issues with the High Court litigation x 2 right now, and I'm interested to see which way the Mispare/Queeld case goes. Now withholding that litigation from shareholders for 18 months and then only divulging when forced to, as a shareholder found the information, I can't see the court being too happy about that, can you? and I can't see the court being too happy about a lot of other things either. Is it really worth them using your money to pursue another shareholder? and with the prospect of recovering little if anything, and that's even if they should win, which is highly debatable, no it isn't, so they would be better on concentrating on the High Court litigation x 2 than an "old woman" whose gender who seem to constantly want to question, whoever that "old woman" is!!!!

That's not the answer summit, because the same gang move on and on and do it again and again, with different handles and strategies. It's impossible to sue, so best the Serious Fraud Office look in to it, I'm sure they will be interested in this one. Don't forget the High Court litigation, would be good if the defendants barristers used a lot of what has gone on here in his clients defence. Especially the AC shambles. My views.

Right now, they need everything they can get their hands on for their own domestic markets. Russia has been alienated by the majority of the world. Plus they are using metals in their ammunitions against Ukraine, and I hate to say it, but they will need what they can get for shrapnell. It's an awful thought, but this is a war situation, and even before the war, they couldn't sell a bean, now they have no chance. Why haven't they completed the Rosgeo JV? because no doubt Rosgeo will be handed everything anyway for free by the Govt! I have no agenda, other than obviously I'm not best pleased with the company for such a loss in my investments, and when time drags on and you begin to see that actually, was this an investment at all? and the answer has to be no it wasn't, and unlikely it ever would have been, war or no war. Remember, 99.9% of AIM companies fail! They are vehicles for raising monies and for management to pocket the same, and for boiler room gangs to line their own pockets also in the process. Until there is proper regulation the daylight robbery will continue. My views.

Seem to be decreasing on the insti side, those shares are being picked up though, and funds are increasing, so if you're selling, the funders will no doubt pick them up on the cheap and be happy to wait it out!

Del, you need to be accepting, there was never any sale, 8 years and not a bean sold, the assets are in Russia and the majority of the world won't now touch them, the Board aren't that bothered as long as they can keep lining their bank accounts with their humungous salaries, they're not even bothered about the High Court litigation against them otherwise they would have settled it to save face and their name being dragged through the mud, they put the CLOSED sign on the door long ago, not that it was ever on OPEN, but this share was targeted by a boiler room crew, and that's all there is to it, the boiler room crew did their job and made their winnings off the back of all those who showed 'loyalty' and allegiance to the company. As the saying goes, loyalty doesn't pay, and it's certainly true here. Do the Board care about anyone left in? No. Did the Board care about a falling sp from it's height and do everything possible to stop that decline? No. The Russian Govt has decreed through it's deputy prime ministers who met in late December that they are holding on to their precious metals for their own domestic markets. That was the final kick in the pants! Nothing to see here and never will be. Time to accept the majority of us were played by those who have all now but disappeared from here. Those who were so prolific at the time with their pictures of rockets and boats and their copy and paste machines. Best bet is to find where they have gone, get in, but pull the plug before they do, and hope there is a karma!

Will happen until the Mispare/Queeld litigation is out of the way, as I've said before. The company aren't going to do anything to add any value to the company, when it's being sued in a High Court case, which should it lose, would be disastrous as damages and costs are likely to be sky high. I suspect they are currently hunting for an excuse to extend the time to have the AGM! Covid provided a perfect excuse, but can't use that again, not now. Mergers & acquisions, well none have been suggested as there hasn't even been any 'formal' offers tabled, Delay in finalising the accounts or delay in auditing the same, possible, but really? Virus in the computer systems? that's scraping the barrel, Natural calamity, possible with the war situation, but none of the important bods are sited in Russia, so unlikely, Change in the financial year, not on the cards. So what excuse does do you think might be in the offing, if they go for it?!

Personally, I don't think the MMs are going to move this come what may, until the Newcrest/Newmont vote is through, until then, uncertainty is the name of the game for the MMs, and they will use it to their advantage. Once that vote is through, and as long as it is positive, and there is positive news for the future on Hav etc, which I'm sure there will be, only then I suspect we will see a marked increase in sp, and a mad scramble for shares! I've just looked on 'The Team' page on the actual company website and it says "Revised 29.06.2022", that was LAST YEAR!
