RE: NT to sell on HL31 Aug 2023 07:59
All I know is that it was NT to sell for over half an hour yesterday on HL towards close. Did anyone else try and get the same after I mentioned it? That means HL did not want the shares. The sp then went from 6.67p to 6.52p and ended at 6.5p! So they clearly dropped it due to the sells that occurred. Who was selling? and it must have been a large quantity for that to happen.
Also, I know it doesn't suit the agenda, but I look at things in the round, and whilst I have said that I'm bouyed with the Rio JV, what I'm not getting is why Newmont, if that article has any truth to it, appear not to not want Hav, when Day describes it as a Tier 1 asset in the making? Something doesn't add up there. Newmont, on the acquisition of Newcrest, will become the largest gold mining company in the world, so why wouldn't they want a Tier 1 asset in the making? unless, of course, Newcrest have changed their mind and the deal is off, but there's no indication of that, so what exactly is going on? Day being silent and not answering queries that really matter doesn't help either. He needs to be upfront, and explain why a Tier 1 asset in the making might not be wanted by the up and coming largest gold miner in the world, and whether there is going to be any dilution to shareholders or consolidation once the asx cross listing takes place, and also, when exactly is he going to produce this independent MRE, before or after cross listing, because it ought to be before as it's price sensitive information and could affect the sp one way or the other alone. my views of course.
