It is clear to see, and factual, that the institutional investors had all cleared by 31 January, and have now been buying back in by the looks of things, since the more recent rns's, which are uber positive, and now signal that a farm out is highly likely, with talks having already started for Rukwa, and with Galactica now producing income.
