The best thing the Board can do right now is come out and face investors and hold yet another Q&A without questions being submitted first this time, so they can sift through and choose what suits them, and to then be honest and candid in their answers. They've got a long way to go to earn any respect back now imo.

MCNol, I've always said, I call it as I see it. Yesterday, I saw yet another raise, when we'd all been fighting off the trolls saying it was coming, to give them absolute credit, they were actually spot on. Jacobs did it again, and that's despite them saying 2 years ago they would explore other avenues before going down the further dilution route. Therefore, I can only assume they have no other avenues! Therefore, there can be no strategic partnership in the offing for now, and I doubt there will be, the more I keep going back through documentation and articles on the net. I hope I'm wrong, I hope they turn this around for those left, but they're still taking those massive salaries, and that doesn't bode well in my book, because it shows they're not interested in us mere mortals, who line their pockets and put the champagne in their glasses, when some are struggling to even pay their water bills. MCNol, blame the company, not me! Ask them where the money has gone exactly? why did they have to come back to investors for more cash when they are supposed to be finding a strategic partner? clearly that can't be going very well can it? The company did the damage yesterday, it was a step too far given the current climate, and especially when they are still pocketing their humungous salaries and perks! and Sarah Cope is involved with a company going in to voluntary liquidation, and Graham Jacobs seems incapable of conjuring up money from other sources. My views.

If you're trying to pull out the last of your dosh, in the words of Nike, Just Do It! and then wait to see if they come up with anything tangible about a strategic partner, which after 12 months of having the ML, is looking unlikely, the clock is ticking, and time is moving on! As I have said, I'm not angry with any poster here, there's always bull and bear sides, but I am angry with the company and their deceit to investors. As I say, being registered in the BVI is always a big red flag. You'll provide the money, they'll continue to take it, and in to the BVI off shore accounts it will go. The Company needs to start being honest with investors, why say it wouldn't dilute further 2 years ago if possible? why is Jacobs still in situ as CFO when the share price has been continually decimated in the past 2 years? why have the naysayers always been right? why is nothing tangible happening with Tanz? forget BNL, that is a false flag imo and BNL will probably buy out HE1's interest shortly for peanuts! This has become the Titanic! and Graham Jacobs has a lot to answer for as things stand, and he needs to go, no compensation payment, nothing, sack him. And the directors need to relinquish their salaries for a year to show that they are aligned with investors, it's the least they can do. I wish someone would pay me 600k for doing sod all, plus pension contributions and all the rest of the benefits Jacobs probably gets!

So MCNol, why has the signing ceremony not taken place after in excess of 12 months now since it was supposedly ratified?

The CPR says there are lots of question marks still and further work needed so as to re-assess when more data to hand.

They don't own an office in London, they have a postal box! They have no assets other than a share of the oil coming from BNL in Colorado, which they've stated would be around 3.5 million dollars although admittedly that might increase in value now a bit, but that revenue still has to be shared, and the war is unlikely to go on much longer, Trump gets bored, he sets things ablaze and then runs away when he's had enough but claims victory!

And this is what happens sadly. You can't keep raising money like it's going out of fashion, and especially so when they said in the Q&A nearly 2 years ago that they would now look at alternatives first rather than dilute shareholders further. If they can say that tongue in cheek, then what else are they not being exactly honest about. I was hopeful until they did what they did yesterday, and then I started looking back through the documentation and realised I'd been blinkered. My views. But don't blame posters if they have become negative, blame the Company, and start asking pertinent questions of them, especially arising out of that Sproule Report. Plus if you've just bought back in Blubay, which appears to be the case, it looks as though you timed it badly imo, despite all your negativity over the past few months! My views.
