Punter, I know that, why do you think my recent posts refer to processing facilities?

That's why I'm looking at other processing facilities in the area to see if we can speed things up in any way.

It's good to look at all options, and Lisbon is clearly one that the company could or might look at and I would jest that it's a very serious one.

Time is of the essence, if we want to capture and capitalize on the current world situation.

What Quantum will most likely do

Given all this, the realistic paths are:

1. Build a modular plant (most likely)

Common for juniors in this situation

Can be scaled to field size

Keeps control of economics

2. Hybrid approach

Early production → small onsite unit

Later → expand or connect to regional infrastructure

3. Try Lisbon tie-in (if lucky)

Only viable third-party route nearby

Depends on:

Distance to pipelines

commercial agreements

Lisbon Helium Plant (Utah – closest established option)

Located just over the border in southeast Utah (Lisbon Valley)

Already processes helium to very high purity (~99.999%)

Connected to regional pipelines in the Paradox Basin / Four Corners area

Important detail:

Other explorers in the same region already plan to tie into Lisbon via pipelines and gas agreements

Just looking at possibilities to may be speed up the process rather than them setting up their own processing facilities.

Ladder Creek Helium Plant

Located in eastern Colorado near the Kansas border

Operated by Tumbleweed Midstream

Processes natural gas and extracts + liquefies helium to ~99.999% purity

Capacity: ~38–57 MMcf/d gas throughput

Has an extensive pipeline gathering system (~700+ miles)

Crucially: it already takes third-party gas and helium under processing agreements (this is called “tolling”)

Tie into Ladder Creek

This is the most realistic shortcut to production

Avoids building their own plant

Could reduce timeline to ~12–18 months

Requires:

Pipeline connection or trucking raw gas

Processing agreement with Tumbleweed

They’ve positioned Sagebrush as:

A drilled and cased discovery well

With a “clear pathway toward commercial production”

So if EWT is strong:

They could fast-track early production (pilot scale)

Then scale into full field development

THIS IS THE BIT I LIKE, FAST TRACK EARLY PRODUCTION!

Quantum already has:

~1.1 Bcf of independently assessed helium resources across projects

Post-EWT, they can:

Convert more of that into higher-confidence categories

Strengthen the case for project financing
