Well done all holders, and for those just looking, IMHO, there is more action to come. Do some research, look at what we're sitting on here, next week I wouldn't be surprised to see a re-trace, it will be interesting to see where the support is, but long term..... Of course, DYOR and GLA.

I'm trying to get a hold of Spark Advisory, Tyratech's Investor relations, to see if they can shed any light on this. Would be interested to get a definitive answer, if only to help others. GL

Bunt, really strange... I know this is a US company, but iii are telling me that because the stock is traded in the UK, you do not have to fill the W8 form in. I think it may be a different matter for TYR tho. ATB

If you go have a look at yesterday's RNS on TYR, you will see that Close Asset Management (a fund) have purchased another load of shares, taking their holding above 5%. This can only be good news, as it gives PIs confidence that a large institution is willing to take a further position in the company. For those whose brokers are telling them they need to fill in this form, I would suggest you change brokers. TYRU is traded on the UK AIM in £ sterling. My brokers (iii) tell me that there is no need for any W8 form for TYRU. GLA

trend, I guess you are right... I got in here in December, just placed the order with iii and got the shares. There is a similar thing with Royal Dutch Shell with their A and B shares where one of them, dividends are taxed in Holland or something...... Shame the brokers have held people back from getting in here earlier and picking up what I see as a bargain..... DYOR GLA

I've just spoken to my broker, and they are telling me that because this is traded on the AIM, there are no forms to fill in. It may be a US company, but because TYRU are traded on our stock exchange, it is treated as a UK one. HTH GLA.

I'm surprised people are having to fill in forms for US stock.... TYRU is traded in the UK on AIM..... I'm with iii, and there was no issues with forms, just placed the order and got the shares. ATB

Bluerose, agree with you there, this is the same company, just 2 different lots of shares. My understanding is that TYR are the restricted (whatever that means) shares that we cannot get hold of, and TYRU are the shares listed on AIM. Also, if the products are cleared for sale in the US, they will fly through the testing in the UK - although, I also seem to remember reading somewhere that they already have approval here. (don't take that as gospel though). DYOR etc. ATB

At the moment, there are nearly double the amount of buys to sells. That RNS is an II, looking good here. To all long term holders, well done, we're having a great week. More to come here IMHO. GL

I didn't realize we could buy the TYR shares. I thought those were the restricted ones. Another blue day today.... worth waiting for. ATB

I'm in here and I'm not worried by the amount of shares in issue one bit. Go have a look at QPP, 5 billion shares in issue! Also have a look at the prospects there. At the end of the day, it's your decision. I can tell you from experience, it's annoying being undecided, looking a week later, and wishing you'd took the plunge and bought. Of course, it could go the other way... I personally don't think so, but I'm looking long term. If they go down 20% from here, I'll buy some more. Good Luck whatever you choose. ATB

Taken from the RNS on TYR: The Company currently has 168,776,305 common shares of US$0.001 each in issue. The number of restricted common shares currently trading under TIDM 'TYR' is 117,352,576 and the number of unrestricted common shares currently trading under TIDM 'TYRU' is 51,423,729. HTH ATB

I agree with you there. This has global potential, and researching their offerings, I feel that this could move. I've got nowhere near your holding, but am happy with what I hold and will look to top up on the lows. GL

Hi Kash, I've not been in that long, got an average of about 5.5, and not holding that many either. Interesting potential here don't you think??
