I don’t need to bait them much, because any sane person looking at this basket cases accounts will see what a basket case they are. Personally, I have been shoving my money into KO and CSCO. Both money making machines that, although recently the SP are on a downward trend, at least they are paying a dividend. This shower of **** will never be in the same league.
You only have to look at the last few years results to see that they are going nowhere. Always jam tomorrow. I’m a great believer in Terry Smiths philosophy, ‘I’m not looking for winners, the companies I invest in have already won’.

No additional accounts staff, no additional call centre staff, no additional sales, nothing? Oh , I forget, they have Merlin....the ‘magic software’..... I want a business like this, it runs itself and costs nothing to scale. You will only know if they are lowering costs when the accounts are out and can be dissected. Until then it’s all conjecture.
