h8i mate sorry thought you where talking about your allowance i have never claimed my £12,300 as i havent been that lucky yet seems i only buy losers or ones that go tits up like GKP OR FRONTERA RESOURCES TO MENTION JUST A FEW.

just took this from google mate. This tax year you can invest up to £20,000 in ISAs.

hi mate i just filled my isa up on the 6th april for this year and it was £20,000 not £12,300 as you say.

the CGTax allowance every year is £20,000 not £12,300 that is your earnings before tax allowance.

if your money is in your trading acc it will count against your CGTax if it is in your isa acc it wont hope this helps.

Tomorrow is the day for the start start of the new isa allowance so maybe,AS will leave the rns annoucment until wednesday before being announced, that way giving all the folks who can afford to buy more shares into there isa account the chance to fill up there allowance then they can sell what they bought from there trading account as i beleive it takes approx 2 days to do a BED & ISA at this time of the year.
