All of this is completely irrelevant and NOTHING has changed since yesterday, apart from an RNS stating what we should all know. Hoskins can still block this and Tinkler still has his shares, there is still EVERYTHING to play for. This is just another example of the shocking way this whole debacle has been handled from start to finish. I too have just e-mailed Hoskins and am in the process of compiling a letter to the FCA. Does anyone have the contact details for the SEC, as to have COW banged up in Rikers NY would be perfect. Guys, I have heard from friends who are current staff members. Without compromising their positions, i will share the information with the email addresses that I have been given. Needless to say, pilots are furious as a lot were pi’s as well. My investment was private and not through the company however I’ve learned that staff have been informed that their company attained shares are worth a penny too. This is just the start of the shit storm that awaits future employees. T

I worked for this company for nearly ten years, was loyal, honest and professional to the core. They shafted me by making me having to move far afield in 2013. Then they shaft me again through this debacle. I must confess, I sold out two days ago, at a loss of £45k once I learned we had no voting rights, however I will buy back in again and write the pathetic £2k left if I thought there was a chance to change this outcome. Do I still need to be a current share holder to have a voice, or is the fact that I have been a holder during this rotten play, give me the same rights? I appreciate more than some can imagine on, the good work that’s being done. Without hope in life, we have nothing. Did someone say it would be possible to get the yanks involved due to Flyb being listed on the Nasdaq? Can that avenue be pursued? Smithfield, I completely totally and utterly disagree with you. I am sorry for those who are left in the company, but anyone who thinks that these despicable bastards won’t go through the new company like a dose of salts, and slash to the extreme, needs to think again. If they can behave this way now, imagine what it will be like further down the line. They will always need pilots anyway, so there will be jobs. Into a complete and utter shambles, much and such the same as Brexit. And as I’ve said all along, there will be no bidding war.....just ridiculous. Nothing will happen here until Brexit is resolved, no bids....NOTHING. If VS wanted this then they will wait until political and economic certainty returns..if ever. Some on here talking about sterling rising when Brexit is resolved in U.K’s favour......sweet mother!! This airline pays for significant outgoings in usd and is paid in sterling.
