i have read and r-read the Mortgage Doc and don't see it or how you get to it bit it is 100pages and not written in "English"!!!

I see $24M @ 2017 + 10% interest gets it to about $30M. just interest is all whats $16M amongst enemies!!!

Syric, I'm actually reading differently (wrongly?) i read it that they now own 50% of the asset which is significantly different to 51% of the production.

Hi Cappers, FRR being attacked on multiple fronts Georgian government (want 99% of our block), Hope (we owe him £20M+) and defaulted on a cash interest payment that we shareholders didn't even know existed. Also, apparently we have a few hundred employee's that haven't been paid for the best part of a year and the directors (SN and ZZ) are running a couple of court cases (for and against FRR) oh, and the part of the company that held the block (value) is trying to be liquidate by Hope (to get his money) although we have legally (?) moved that to another FRR subsidiary.

In short think June 1940...........we stand-alone (us share holders) but but our finest hour was (is) still to come.

I suggest putting this in the bottom draw and take a look again next year.

There is absolutely no reason not to have communicated with share holders, how many companies have you been 'in' where they release 'holding RNS's" multiple i would suggest. Unfortunately I can't see an end to it with some court cases not starting until mid 2020.

I would love to have the time, money and energy to go after Cairn who OK'd that now infamous RNS and the reason i believe they resigned (in panic).

But i think the bloke that wrote the YA rns with it's new payment schedule also wrote the infamous loan note rns so who knows what we're paying !!!

FRR have failed to pay the interest and it is secured with Block12 asset, basically Hope is entitled to the asset.

5p it's not Frr's to give away, Contract clearly states terms for....FRR.... to maintain the licence and as a sidebar and what's been lost in all the noise, the Georgians won't 97% back because they feel FRR haven't kept to the terms [investment into block 12] the asset transfer is ZERO use to Hope it would then automatically default back to the Georgians, that's why Hope had these pre-signed letters of resignation drafted, hope needs to take control of FRR to gain access to Block 12 but even then he does not hold that much equity [there is a 500M share fee somewhere in there as well] but he can play the debt card a bit like what happened with GKP can't pay the debt so we'll make an offer for the company that clears the debt but also wipes out the equity holders but that wouldn't get voted through.

Question how does Hope get anything other than his Debt back?

The company is currently de-listed from aim and needs to appoint a (aim) Nomad to got back on aim they could relist on the NEX exchange, sort of the next exchange down. Even delisted the company is still active so you yourself could find a buyer for your share, for example there is a 'user' on ii who will sell you his shares for 0.2p

Don't confuse delisting with dissolution,close,ceased or wound-up.............Yet!!!
