My guess is you fit into the category of trader an "joined" with the intention of selling up Pre spud (maybe pre results) expecting that to be in October but because the spud date isn't yet "set in stone" you're tied in and "grumpy" about that.

Get a "coffee" and listen to just one of the presentations (i suggest the Sunday Roast one) and it will answer all those questions.

I'll leave you with one thought IF this comes off (MOU1 &2) MINIMUM first year revenues WILL be circa $50M with incredibly low Cap ex to get there, which can't be said for the likes of CHAR whose borrowing costs (in the 100's of M$) are going through the roof, not bad for a company with an MC of circa $30M
