Two great after the fact posts there Fred " I predicted today would see us achieve a healthy rise . Let’s see if I’m correct ." when the SP has ALREADY jumped 10%+. Your posts would have had some "value" if you had posted, say, after close yesterday rather than after the rise today.

Lots of fantastic valuations being suggested for PRD, reminds me a bit of the bad old days with GKP and the now infamous valuation advice of one punter "keep the figure of £86.57 in your mind" but my Q is this Char has found the gas already in Morocco (offshore) around 1TCF (decent) yet their SP sit's at an MC of around £40M yet here i keep hearing about these valuations of hundreds of millions even Billions once discovery is confirmed , what's the difference?

Basic supply and demand Gatto pre interview there was interest (buyers) and we got the minute by minute commentary of the rising SP by "LTH" who weren't going to sell for "18 months" anyway now there's a "news vacuum" i.e. 4-6 weeks (?) which is a lifetime BTW for "LTH's" Sp will decline so buyers dry up and "LTH's " start selling this could easily (temporarily) go sub 10p again oh and no commentary on the declining SP from "LTH's"

Lordlash as previous mentioned the restructure will need to be voted on there is absolutely know way around that, there's only "1 billion" ish in head room shares so they can't go that route so if it's a GKP XEl etc "1 for 20" type deal it's a hard NO from me not having these low life's profit while us long suffering holders are being forced into a "this is the best offer for you" type deal.

Personally think it's time for the share holder group to remind the company how many shares we hold "in a block vote" and that while we want FRR to succeed that doesn't mean voting for massive dilution.

So any deal or restructuring still needs shareholder approval right.

After, I was going to say 2 years, but actual reality is many years of being treated the way we have, if it's a GKP style 5% deal or any deal that trashes my holding it's a NO from me, not gone through all this for these shysters to be the only ones to make out of it.
