How do you filter it out?

The issue in the short term is going to be liquidity, and in this current climate it is difficult to see where the funding is going to come from, even with a positive outcome and a 6 figure settlement on the 11th. I think it would have to be private funding, and due diligence might prove their undoing. I hope it works out, but struggling to see how from this position. I am sure if it comes back it will be over 10p though.
