If you are invested here you should ask yourself:

This is a plc. which will have Board dates lined up for at least the next 6 months in order to approve financials ahead of results. Why not release a financial calendar outlining expectations?

What happened to the global technology company with no name that made people buy in at 3p+? Has it been renewed?

Where is the update on the 8 significant deals promised? Only 2 announced this year and one was not significant - it was a mirror from a start up which doesn't even offer international distribution.

Where is the broker forecast that was promised early 2021?

Did we really get diluted in the £6m fund raise in order to put on some free concerts via emusic live which generate zero revenue?

Too many people on here happy to have their pants pulled down.

Anybody else spot the £676k that was forgiven my the french authorities in September 2020 (Note 11 of the interim results) relating to an old acquisition.

They recorded a loss of £945k at half year. Adjusting that for the post balance sheet date credit would mean they entered H2 with a loss of £269k. If Q4 was profitable it could mean we were very close to breakeven for the full year, which would be a great result!

The adjustment is a one-off but £676k on any price multiple would be huge for our current market cap if its not been picked up by the majority of PIs.

Nobody likes investing in a stock without having full disclosure of available information. An investor presentation once a year telling you next year looks great doesn't do anything unless its backed up.

They promised 8 deals as a minimum in 2021. Granted they weren't all promised in Q1, but 2 in 4 months means we've probably lost a few along the way now.

The Alfie Boe concert was postponed last weekend - that won't be a great signal for more artists supposedly waiting in the wings.

The disappointing thing from the investor presentation was Paul said its broker would be releasing its forecast early in the new year. We've not had that, which would have given everyone an idea of growth and profitability.

Recruited circa 24 patients since 16 March update. That's roughly 1-a-day. With that sort of run-rate we could see recruitment close by mid-April, rather than the end. Little more patience required.

Trouble is Paul did promise a cash pile this year. He promised "millions" of revenues in 2021 from emusic live. With roadmaps out of lockdown already beginning across the world I'm struggling to see how they will achieve that in the second half of the year given only 21 events so far with no marquee names.

I think the relative silence (we were expecting at least 8 significant deals - 2 social media and 6 fitness - as well as the renewal of the global partner) is perhaps a sign that they have over promised.

Share price probably reflects that sadly.

One problem with your theory Vorag... 7dig hasn't been able to sign up any known or even semi-well known artists. Not sure there is much demand for artists nobody has heard of in places no one wants to travel to.

Has had a makeover. There are only 3 future events planned.

More worryingly is there have only been 21 past performers (half of which had a ticket price of free). A little short of the hundreds Paul mentioned and the millions on revenue expected.

I don't see this having much legs once mass gatherings are permitted again.
