Basic stockmarket psichology. Hype. big money makers bought it continously over the last few years on lower and lower price and now they have an opportunity to sell overpriced due to lot of gready buyers who saw yesterdays rise. they will all stuck on 1.6p level forever like people when it shoot up to 27p. :(

Lack of interest maybe? there is no explanation for a £1order maybe just technical manipulation. more likely it was a classic trap, if you remember it was advartised with Snoop Dog :D:D. but now all the fool burned hard and no more people think they can be rich in one day on stockmarket. these people are gone. 90% of the new IPOs (penny stocks) are loosing all the value over the time with same graph like this before suspension.
