RE: New Investors - Essential Read27 Jun 2024 09:00
Stockyinvest1. 100% those warrants belongs to their good old friends and now they try to sell to the naive new investors. interestingly one big chunk is about to expire in this October. :)
Phil. agree the company had some achievement but have almost3 billion warrants as well on the top of 13billion existing shares. plus went up more than 300% in the last month. this is a risky one only day trading and small amount that's my view.
No that's not issued yet it's additional on the top of existing 13billion and unfortunately that's 20% extra but I say again I am not too sure about the exact numbers. happy to accept other view as well. i think it's just a very strong info people need to calculate before investing
Irrelevant, ignored. the point is for the new investors to see the whole picture not just the good news. there are huge amount of warrant left at least 20% on the top of the existing number of shares in issue now.
Another reason why keeps posting as you guys deny that warrants not diluting the existing shares which is misleading. you just saying is good more cash.
What nonsense? they exercise now and sell it quickly before the price drop back.
basic Google skills:
For example, if the warrant allows an investor to purchase a stock for $20 per share and it's currently trading at a market price of $25, the investor could purchase it for a $5 per share discount. When someone exercises a warrant to buy shares from a company, the company issues new shares of stock to fulfill it.
What if???? do I really need to explain what more shares in issue mean? :O another 700m shares printed now in this month only (warrant) means 5% or more dilution. even if the company have a good progress now finally after many terrible years who can guarantee they will not issue more and more. nature of aim.
