Synairgen seem to be using Synairgen Research name for things. Is that a separate company or just an old company name? Starting to wonder if they are resurrecting that old company or if it is just a branding thing?

Will SOC include steroids or not if the trial drug is not to be given with steroids?

Lots of unanswered questions re additional treatments, standard of care and inclusion or exclusion of steroids in the placebo group. If steroids are not to be included in the placebo group then that would be the same as comparing SNG's performance with a generic covid group that prevailed around the time of the Sprinter trial. We could effectively start comparing SNG001 with the placebo group of the Dexamethasone trial as that trial was conducted at a similar time. Variants, mutations and variations in SOC are certainly making trial design and results analysis very difficult!

Sorry to raise what is probably an old topic but does anyone know the split of mild vs moderate patients in the Shionogi trial so as to gauge how many patients were given steroids as a standard of care. I note that steroids not recommended for mild cases in Japan.
