Please do so and advise how any monetary calculation you come up with is formulated and on what grounds would this be awarded considering the low costs they have accumulated.

Also T and T crude is heavy and waxy , it has a discount to WTI , even bigger to Brent ! IMO I suggest $48-50 is appropriate currently .

So if production is not as they say and it’s selling for $48-50 , numbers( revenue) change a lot.

Also how much is the country manager being paid ? imo revenue currently is not exceeding outlays. Happy to be proven wrong.

Rockhopper were nearly wiped out and would have been if it went against them.

If legal proceedings are initiated by a cash strapped minnow lime PRD against a full on member European nation expect a market risk on attributed that will make today’s SP look stellar !

Perhaps this is what the issue of the half a billion new shares will cover, the costs to initiate legal proceedings !

The market will introduce a massive (as yet not quantified or attributed to current SP ) risk on to the SP if that is the course of action taken.

If legal proceedings are initiated against Ireland , PRD will pay all costs, it will take years to go anywhere and if unsuccessful, will wipe the company out.

That is the reality of it and the risk associated with that course of action.

So Matt, you are entirely confident of those figures and need absolutely zero further clarification ?

So when the actual numbers come at next 6 monthly financials, they will reflect this then. ?

The company has openly stated it is looking to seek legal recourse with the country,

I suggest they are in no position to be submitting anything with strict deadlines.

IMO any aspirations in Ireland are as dead as the proverbial Dodo !

And seeing T and T is the only operations going to be happening imo in the next 12 months, even more pertinent .

That T and T overview was pure grey gobbledygook and open to multiple opinions .

2 simple questions for tomorrow.

1- what currently as of right now is net bbls of oil from T & T per day attributable to PRD ?

2- what is income currently per bbl attributable to PRD, ( after royalties, tax , pro rata percentage and any other costs ? )

When you have the answers to those 2 questions, then you can come and advise what the situation is.
