The Board of Caspian Sunrise is pleased to announce the proposed acquisition of the Caspian Explorer, a drilling vessel capable drilling exploration wells to depths of up to 6,000 meters in extremely shallow water, for a consideration of $25 million to be satisfied by the issue of 160,256,410 new Ordinary shares at a price of 12p per share, a premium of 27.7 per cent to the closing mid-market price on 20 January 2020.



As the majority owner of the Caspian Explorer is a member of the Oraziman family the Acquisition is a related party transaction.



As a result of the Acquisition the Oraziman's family's interest in the Company would increase from 42.9% to 44.2%. The Panel has given its consent that the issue of shares to the Oraziman Family in connection with the acquisition of the Caspian Explorer does not require the Oraziman Family to make a mandatory Rule 9 offer under the Takeover Code (pursuant to Note 4 on Rule 9.1 of the Code) and accordingly does not require Independent Shareholders to vote on a waiver of the obligations of the Oraziman Family under the same rule.

Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) advises that Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) has now opened the bids received for the sale of its 55% participating interest (PI) in the Cambay PSC. The sale process being conducted by GSPC, which is internal and confidential, is pursuant to the settlement agreed between Oilex and GSPC as announced on 9 September 2019.



Oilex understands that a preferred bidder has been identified by GSPC, which will be invited by GSPC to finalize negotiations before seeking applicable regulatory approvals in India. The Company will update the market once further information on the GSPC sale process becomes available.



Oilex holds a first right of refusal where GSPC disposes of its 55% interest in the Cambay PSC.

Beowulf is an active participant in defining the solutions to address Sweden's inability to permit new mines, but I am clear that improvement initiatives, reviewing legislation and processes, should have no impact on current applications awaiting a decision.

Yesterday, I met Robert Bernhardsson and heard that Jokkmokks Kommun is in the second year of its SEK 28 million budget cuts. The Kommun's situation is not improving as inhabitants of workforce age leave Jokkmokk to find employment opportunities.

In 2015, Kallak was identified by Ramböll consultants as part of the solution to Jokkmokk's economic challenges and addressing the town's steady decline."
