The reason why there are all the small trades is that these new apps allow investors to buy without fees - so a ten quid investment suddenly makes sense. I suspect they are being bought and sold at the extremes of the SP though (2.09p and 1.95p at the moment) so not necessarily a good thing - like commission free currency exchange.
