New agreements that have been recently entered into with partners in North America, include:
An agreement with a U.S manufacturer of speciality plastic packaging and transportation vessels for volatile chemicals to explore the use of Versarien’s graphene to enhance these products, in particular to reduce weight and improve the barrier properties of the vessel materials.
A collaboration agreement with a North American graphene focused company to investigate the addition of Versarien’s graphene to certain polymer resins for the production of products used in the consumer goods market.
A collaboration agreement with a leading US producer of carbon nanotubes to explore the combination of Versarien’s graphene with carbon nanotubes to evaluate potential performance enhancements for a variety of products and systems, primarily in the fields of energy storage and polymer resins.
A collaboration agreement with NovoCarbon Corporation, a US-based, clean technology minerals processing company, supplying customers with innovative, high quality value-added carbon products. This collaboration agreement covers the establishment of graphene supply chain components to facilitate the use of the Company’s graphene products in the consumer goods and other sectors.
One @versarien subsidiary in "Hard Wear and Metallic Products" is Versarien Technologies Limited, which has developed an additive process for creating advanced micro-porous metals targeting the thermal management industry and supplies extruded aluminium. http://www.versarien-technologies.co.uk
Hi RH; some initial thoughts.
I think VRS are in the box seat and have the management to back it up; add the support from Government puts them in a strong position.
The USA are not ones known for exposing themselves to competition. I am reminded that the largest oil tanker in the world used to sail from Iran to USA full of oil because USA needed that oil despite all their own, and the politics. So, fact that USA are buying graphite sources from South America highlights their intent. Glad VRS are in the Far East also as this is the biggest challenge to Western dominance industrially. GB's close ties to the US should benefit VRS and keep them secure. Doubtless, in my opinion when NR is ready to move on, might be a time of change and dominance.
Not sure I like; or know enough about; synthetic graphene.
Numbers wise. It cannot be cheap to buy raw materials and will not get cheaper. China wont stand still. So a very competitive market place forthcoming. I sometimes think how high could VRS SP go and it frightens/ thrills me.
How did I come to find it after years of buying and selling shares trying to recover lost money spent on Spain property.
Last chance saloon for me.
I appreciate those points don't answer your questions; but the future is here right now.
There seems no end to the usefullness of graphene; every day a new application.
Sit tight and enjoy the ride. GL to you and all.
This is the kind of news we have longed for, maybe when the NYSE opens we may see a rise in the SP.
But the SP is more likely to rise significantly when VRS see sales and related income; that's what the big investors need to see.
I am confident that all the correct nuts and bolts are aligned however; the news on the above cannot be far away.

So why not other liquids. Wink wink.
I spent 4 worthwhile hours the weekend watching You Tube "Tesla Auotomony Day" presentation with Elon about where his plans are going forward, interesting watch.
Interesting fact came out that, no car manufacturer has sold as many electric cars yet as Tesla sold back in 2013, even though they have had 6 years plus to catch up with 2013. Plus Tesla have plans to remove steering wheel and all pedals in some vehicles by 2020. Fully autominous. Therefore you wont need to have taken a driving test, never mind passed one.
