VRS are the only producer of ISO approved graphene. Nearly all major conpanies have to use ISO approved suppliers and goods, for no end of reasons.
ISO standards are set independently and are all listed and documented.

Robin, refresh my mind. VRS have 10T p.a. capability?
Also, VRS are the only company producing G to ISO standard. Therefore VRS set the standard by which ISO was measured against? So how long before someone else can; and when someone else can, will that let the cat out of the bag as VRS will no longer have the exclusivity and the secret manufacturing formula that they guard?

That's a NO from me. You cannot use someone else's accreditation to pass off your own product I don't think. Unless of course the manufactured part clearly stated that a third party who needed accreditation has it. The potential court case if it goes T*** up?
Not a lawyer here, but when it comes to aircraft; expensive.

Have to say I am somewhat intrigued. As a retired engineer who had involvement in motor and aircraft parts production, quality standards and ISO spec was paramount to products.
So, why would a plane manufacturer do business with a company not ISO approved, rather than VRS who are? Any thoughts anyone? Are Airbus being polite and taking an interest in alternative providers; whilst at the same time thinking to themselves; all very interesting but we need to deal with approved suppliers who deliver quality assured and certificated at the end of the day?

If anything comes out the States anytime soon, then it has to be PA I would imagine.

Hi Robin, I am confused at present on this ProC stuff and Patrick's involvement.
Can't see that VRS would endorse his actions especially as the mucky affair has not found a resolution as far as I am aware.
Maybe VRS are keeping their heads down.
